It's agreeable that the human workforce is prone to errors and limited work output andtime which is easily eradicated by technology. (Florida 2017). Several large firms have alreadytaken the crucial step in eliminating the human work force in in order to achieve maximumrevenue and profit margins. This means that they have eliminated incomes and expenses such assalaries. medical covers and insurance. Also increased productivity is attained as robots canworks nonstop with accuracy and precisions, a good example is Amazon where is has replacedmost of its workforce with robots., this paper will go into detail .This paper also explores theimpacts of the AI and robotics which its innovation and adoptions as grown tremendously overthe years. This will be demonstrated by analyzing three occupations which are taxi drivers,teachers and doctors. Initially a demographic analysis will also be done in relation to Australiaby looking into the trends of these occupation in the country and predicting the outcome by2060.
