chosen is Netflix which is American base streaming platform that is provide lots of content to its
viewers online. In this report the topic that is covered is analysis and impact of Artificial
intelligence on the business, management and Leadership of the company and determine the way
it influence the various functions in positive and negative way. Apart from that result of
company is being studied and recommendations is being made about the uses of technology.

challenge for the company and that create an issue in the working of progress. This becomes as
important role in maintaining the efficiency if everyone knows the technology of this innovation.
The challenges in the business, management and leadership in the company Netflix are as
follows-
 Create confusion in collaboration- AI need proper intelligence and knowledge to
implement and must be cross-functional teams that could adopt the process in the
company. In this AI, the big impact is on operational people that work with analytical
experts and require various skills and perceptive to do certain activities and functions. It
create the diversity in the teams and it is essential to know the algorithm and maintenance
of workflows (Daugherty, Wilson and Chowdhury, 2019). It is essential to ensure the
design of application and chances is increased dramatically. It overall create the problem

in putting the collaboration in all team members and build an effectiveness in the
management of the company.
 Need experience leader- To adopt the implication of AI in the company it is important
to build the proper leader that could build the effectiveness in the business process. This
innovation require a effective leader and employees needs to follow the hierarchy and
approach to satisfy the different activities. Some important action need to be taken to
develop the decision that empowered the employees to take decision and important
consultation need to take the action in this process of AI. In the Netflix, this develop the
complex manual method to scheduling the events with the system of AI and need an
unity of command principle to be follow to satisfy the needs of this system.
 Risky in nature- All organisation used to review the function of AI method and need to
make kind of mindset to adopt this method in the management. For that a rare application
there should be normal process that gives the sense of dysfunctionality in the company.
AI is difficult to implement until and unless there is proper knowledge of that innovation
and it require confidence and experience in this field before implementing this as this is

streaming and provide best experience to the viewer. This was improved by Netflix

the mistakes that are done by humans which give sense of work satisfaction. These intelligence

5 to 9 hours that leads to the on-job productivity. They contribute to the healthcare sector by
diagnosing, and monitoring which helps in the operations of medical organisations. Criminal
activities are also solved with different aspects of AI such finger prints, face recognition which is
not possible by the humans.
 Negative Impacts:
Machines cannot bound likes humans that leads to no emotions. Automation of work makes
human lazy (Park and Han, 2018). AI can work on whatever is designed or programmed for
them which give no scope of extra thinking. Humans becomes less social as they work with
machines only.
Impact of the issue on Economy:
 Positive :
By increasing the efficiency of work, machines contribute to the productivity as it work fast as
compare to humans. Development of technology boost the economy by providing efficient
working and less wastage of time. Taxes, revenues, expenditure and stock market can easily be
determine with artificial intelligence.
 Negative:
Artificial Intelligence require high cost in there creation as technology keeps to changing and
machines require huge amount of maintenance. If all the work is done by the machines than it

will give rise to unemployment. Lot of time required to form these machineries that some how
create downfall in economy.
Identifying the issue on personal basis
From my view of point the challenges that is being faced by organisation are
irreplaceable and that build inefficiency in the management. The difference in the various
business is importance to identify and accordingly formulate it in order to achieve the
effectiveness. The impact of Artificial intelligence on the Netflix is beneficial and it is important
to analyse its advantages and uses so that they could achieve the desired objective. Some
necessary can be implement by company to enhance the quality and nowadays the demand of AI
has developed. So, accordingly adopt to ensure that everything is fine and right. In my views, AI
is crucial and it is important to determine its needs and requirement appropriately and this also
require the proper knowledge (Risse, 2019). This develop the overall productivity and efficiency
and on the other hand it also has its limitations that faced by the company. The need to acquire
this technology will enhance the profitability and will empower it to compete with other
platform. The issues mus be clearly define by management of company and should be resolve by
the time and this facilitates the organisation to carry out this technology in appropriate manner
and chances of no issues will be occurred.

From above discussion it is recommended that Artificial Intelligence is very essential
technology that could be use in organisation to develop it overall effectiveness. This also leads to
provide various benefits to management to enhance it overall productivity by developing the
viewers experiences to the next level. Artificial intelligence is also increase the profits and
maintaining the overall effectiveness in order to provide the best output. The proper use of AI in
Netflix helps in many ways like coming with personalised and customized features, using of
different algorithm and data science improve the overall performance of this platform.
