INTRODUCTION
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Impact of Artificial and New generation robots in the society.
Artificial intelligence is having the transformative impact on the society and it will
continuously growing as focus in the media. It is an innovation in the global path of
technology at the same it is the next step towards the progress. By listening the radio
discussion it is being summarised about the cull on jobs and knock on impact in the
society. Now a day’s commercial pressure is too high and the companies are trying
to grow by doing competition with the traditional corporate solution. In the field of
financial services there is an increase demand for the application programme
interfaces as the customers are preferring the personalised and fast services. As per
the opinion of the society citizens don’t have to do the manual jobs anymore
because all these things is being replaced by the computer and robots and the state
is paying the basic wage to the citizens (Bell, Bryman and Harley, 2018). Artificial
intelligence is mainly focus on the automation that decrease the work of human
element because of this large number of people is starving for the food and doing
struggle to live above the poverty line and this issue is prevalent nationwide. There is
an argument from the commercial side that now the operation require less staff and it
leads to save in cost. If any new technology is being introduce there is an
advantages and disadvantages is also associated with it the major advancement in
the social media is that now the data is easily available so it increase the efficiency in
result. From the last many years technology has grown rapidly fast and doing
innovation in rapid way. It has a great impact in the society as it uplift the society and
make the society more civilised.
New generation robotics technology has been made as supplement of
humans and in many cases it has been replace the work of humans and they have
taken the job of large number of public (Armenian, S.H and et.al.,2015). The
innovation is working in their way through the economy. Robotic technology is like
human intelligence that will think and learn by its own. Technology wants to work in
the solving interesting problems. From this the company primary responsibility is to
solve the problem of society (Wakabayashi and et.al., 2015). Large Corporation are
in the position that going to dictate the solution and come out the other side. As the
evolvement of this software and they suggest the things that could be very different
as they are currently today and at the same the companies are having much power
to change the society. By the advancement of this technology they will change the
society and it will be impact positively. Unfortunately all the impact on the robot is not
positive. It impact the society a lot as it give the new definition to the professionals
and it also helps to the small and big organisation

TASK 2
Demonstrating the occupation that changes over the last 40years.
Hotel Manager
As the technology is continue to be transform in the hotel industry and there is
always introducing the new technology so it makes the work easier from the past
years. From the past 40 years the hotel industry shifted entirely so there must be the
different activities have to perform the manager earlier and now (Wakabayashi and
et.al., 2015). Due to the technological advancement there were positive changes are
shown in this sector but at the same time the manager of hotels were become
responsible for their work as the now the deliver cost for getting the clients in hotel is
significantly change in the business model. The technological, economic and social
developments in the 19th and 20th century leads to the huge changes in recent era.
Earlier the booking were done manually by the time technology is introduced things
were changed and the work become smooth and easier. Due to change in
technology the customers can also done their booking before the dates and can
book from mobiles, laptops and from the call. Earlier this were not happened as the
person will do the booking by reaching that destination it will over burden for the
recruiter and customers so this make the work easy and people can enjoy their
holiday by pre bookings and at the same Hotel managers can provide the services at
their best and this will help to increase the revenue.

Recruiter
As now the era has completely change in the recent years at it was change in
every field so definitely this field is also change a lot and did the growth over the last
40 years. In the field of human resource and recruiting technology there is a
prediction regarding the artificial intelligence in this field as artificial intelligence is the
software that is having the flexible, general purpose intelligence that allows the
individual to learn the vast range of things (Bell, Bryman and Harley, 2018). Earlier
there is very different criteria for the selection of an employee and now in this era the
time is completely change and also the perspective of the talent that is sourcing,
selection, engagement and retention. Experts say that they are currently facing the
forth industrial revolution and it will having the impact on the organisation by
engaging the talent with them. Recruiting is all about the selecting the talent, skills,
projects, accomplishment and creating the pool of talent.
Earlier the companies are not focusing on the human resource department it
was come in the impact in some recent years and now the searching of job become
easier but to find the job suited for the profile is become tough. This apply same for
the recruiters is that they post the jobs at everywhere with the hope that they will get
the right person for the job and it creates the pressure for the recruiter to recruit the
right talent and at the same they have to fulfil the demand of talent. If we go 40 years
back the way of approaching the talent is quite different and undergone bit of
change, and now it is very clear that no longer the norm to spend the 20,30,40 years
in a company. Earlier the people stick in to one company so the recruiter is not
having the pressure to search the talent frequently. Now the average number of
persons will change their job and even the experience will switch their careers if they
are getting the hike. For the perception of recruiting and hiring the manager
translates the things openly like tours during the duty, offsite etc. that makes the
employees to change their roles in the company regularly as compare to the long
relationship (Lo, Macky and Pio, 2015). This approach makes the professionals to
build their career stronger and do the contribution in the company in meaning full

manner. Now a day’s companies are having hr portals to record all the necessary
details of the employees like attendance, salary, name, address and all the
necessary details earlier the recruiters have to do manually so in this technology
plays the positive role in an organisation.
Accountant
Every one present the theory of poor matching manifest as noise in the
economic relation in aspect of advancement of expenses to earn revenue. Due to
this poor matching it reduces the correlation among the or in the terms of revenue
and expenses. It decreases the persistence of earnings and shows the negative co
relation in the earning changes, this will lead to the suggestion of stated goal in
moving away from matching towards the more fair value accounting and it will be
continue towards the trends of earnings (Lo, Macky, and Pio, 2015). From the last 40
years the concept of accountant is completely change. Up to 1970’s accounting is
done by the accountant in the similar way the ancient Egyptians have started doing it
many years before. As the business are expanding the growing needs in the
accounting is become very essential as single person cannot handle everything as
in the case when the business is being run by two or more than two persons there is
a need for the documentation transaction for monitoring the cash. As the
technological advancement were limited to the some aspects. It is just same as
fountain pens replaced the quills that results now into the ball pens. As it was the
days before the Microsoft and before the evolution of personal computers at that
time the CRT monitors are only offering the 20 lines and characteristic on the screen.
Still it is much easier to see on data screen and it is fumble from data cards. In the
mid of 1980’s, IBM has launched the PC. The consequent evolution in the paper
based trial balance to spreadsheet on Lotus 123 and it was the revolutionary change
in the field of accountancy of double entry system. Balancing the book done
manually and the soon first accounting package come in the market. After that turbo
cash launched in 1987 in this automated system of trial balance, balance sheet and
income statement. There is a 15day process on consolidation of ledger that reduce
this procedure to minutes. But still there are many functions that do not complete the
process of tax calculation and invoicing the clients. Than the DOS based accounting
system is being introduced and it was updated and then in 1990 Turbo cash is began
distributed by pastel and it was the effective system of accounting and was being
used by the 80% of the local accounting software market. And the era has
completely change in accounting is being done in QuickBooks or from many other
software and the QuickBooks is focusing now on immense release on new versions
for the big companies and accountants. Quick books occupied the market share of
40% in small and medium size business. There is a big leap in the accounting
software and it migrate the platform. Even there are updated software are there in
the field of accounting and they make take work easier as the updated software are
there that is IFRS and GRAP were the integrated accounting package that compiled
the accounting package with tax, company secretarial, and having the time billing
solution with the facility to monitor dashboard. Even the cloud computing in today’s
era is having the massive impact in the big audit firms and the most of them is
having the mind-set to run their offices as an independent organisation.

CONCLUSION
From the above scenario it has been concluded that by the introduction of there are
thing which become positive after the introduction of technologies and their outcomes can be
seen by measuring the growth in terms of revenue and sales because due to the
advancement in technology it impact the organisation and their working culture (Lo, Macky,
and Pio, 2015). Everything is having their own pros and cons so we have to analysis that
what will be favourable for us. As Artificial intelligence makes the work easier and sorted at
the same things can be done in a smooth manner there is less ambiguity in the work as in
the profession of hotel manager earlier they have to do the booking in the manual manner or
from telephonic and in this cases there may be a chance of overlapping the things. But by
the technologies were change booking were done online, managers can perform their duties
well as they know how to manage the hotel if it was crowded as they can plan the strategy
before the guest arrive.
In the case of Human resource of recruiter there is a significant change in their duty
as they perform earlier and they are performing it now. In past years people do not move the
organisation even they serve it till their retirement and they become comfortable in their
profile. As the time changes many portals were made to apply for the job and the recruiter
will see the profile from their and among the pool they choose the person who is best suited
for the job it helps them to find the best talent among the pool. They have to take care of
whole recruitment and selection procedure of the company.
At last in the field of accountant the era is completely change in the last 40 years
earlier everything is managed in the manual manner and it became the hurdle for the
organisation that they have to maintain the vouchers and other papers as necessary. Slowly
and gradually things were change Artificial intelligence is being come into force and then it
will be upgraded from the time. Software were come for the time being and it will upgraded
by the time and make the work easier and also it reduces the cost for the company that they
have to appoint less amount of employees in the organisation because it reduce the filling
work. Now the job of accountant is sorted as compare to earlier they have the hectic
schedule while performing the duties but the chance of clerical mistake become less and
there is no ambiguity in the accounts department of the organisation (Chang, 2016).
