have not preferred in implementing chatbots. Therefore, the construction sites in many
countries have stated that chat-bot can distract employees and decrease the user
productivity. Another major ethical issue that has happened by using chat-bot is that it
does not recognize the actual owner’s voice. This can be a major problem in times of
busy schedules and prevent in providing solution in times of crises.
