Introduction
The aim of report would be to create an artist management of Neo Rose, an Australian
based musician had recently come to the lime light because of her music album. The aim of
the paper would be to hint upon different attributes that required to be considered while the
management of an artist is taken into consideration. The music video ‘Peace of the Past’
would be considered by the artist for their next music video release. However, since Neo
Rose lacked management of their label and the time of their release is near it has been taken
in consideration, the implication of the branding in the time prior to the release in order to
make the label a prominent one in the market. As such, the aim of the paper is to establish a
management of the artist in their venture, where the demographic nature of the audience
would be analyzed and the potential of the growth of the audience base.
Release
The release plan that needs to be framed for the music video launch could happen in a
number of ways as Neo Rose is planning to release their new album. In order to promote the
album the first platform that needs to be considered for an effective promotion would be the
one of the social media. It would be effective to come up with teaser of the music videos and
other social media content in order to effectively deal with the wider base of the audience
who are widely spread on the social media (Scolere, Pruchniewska & Duffy, 2018).
It would be also effective in order to gain a massive base and a wider spread. The
artist can also consider carrying out some collaboration with music channels and production
studios in order to host tours for the artist in several parts of the country as well as in abroad.
Promotion of the tours and the contact with the booking agencies can be maintained in
order to sale the tickets of the release tours. Different contests can be created on the basis of

the fan base where the devoted fans of the artists, especially the ones devoted to the genre of
the rock music in order to attract the audience. The winner of the contests can be provided
with effective discounts in order to attract a wider range of audience as well as increase the
base (Allen, 2018).
Recording
The assessment that the researcher would like to put forth should include the
understanding of the fact that the artist had earlier did not consider dealing with the
effectiveness in establishing proper strategies in marketing the music albums that has been
released so far. The fault was in creating the factors that would connect the audience to the
process.
Current audience are not merely keeping their concern constrained within the fact that
they are content with the process of the music video. The current trend demands that the
process of the recording as well as the production is laid bare in front of the audience. As
such, the connection is established between the artist and the audience in a much effective
nature (Allen, 2018).
Small video based content of the recording and the production can be made in order to
effectively create promotion and the same can be a part of the teaser. The overall quality of
the sound as well as the clarity has been exceptional and acted as a crucial point in the
customer’s life. The current trend has noted the usage of the unconventional instruments in
the process of the creation of the music. The artist can work upon bringing about innovation
in the usage of the unconventional elements in order to come up with changes in the process.
The clarity in the music can be worked upon.
