This article discusses the importance of arts in early learning and how to include researching in arts into an early learning program. It also includes an intentional teaching proposal and reflection on own arts curriculum design. The chosen area is researching the arts in early childhood, with a focus on clay art learning. The article highlights the benefits of learning clay art, including the development of motor skills, problem-solving skills, and creativity. The intentional teaching proposal includes curriculum intent, connections, concepts and skills, intentional teaching strategies, resources, and assessment and documentation.
