It is energy level, creativity and commitment which company workersbring at jobs (Aditjandra, Cao and Mulley, 2012). It is very important for entity to providemotivation to their work so that both organisation as well as individual goal and objectives canbe achieved. In order to increase motivation among worker, company can provide perks,facilities, to increase their performance and productivity. The given proposal is based on ASDAwhich is currently facing issues related to employees. The women workers working in ASDAhas filed case against organisation where they was discrimination among pay between male andfemale. The male employees working in same position got high pay as compared to female. Inorder to resolve, research aim and objectives has been made to motivate workers.2.
