INTRODUCTION
Business environment is the sum total of all the external sources to the institution and
that greatly influence their operations. It includes sources and forces such as consumers,
challenger, provider, government and the ethnic, appreciation, governing policies and legal
conditions. Various forces of institution surroundings are interlinked with each other. One
source effects the other factor in the organisation (Soliman, and Noorliza, 2022). In this
report will consider the ASDA, it is a British supermarket chain. Its headquarter is in
England. It was founded in 1949 by Noel Stockdale and J.W. Hindell. In this report will cover
internal analysis in relation of ASDA company.

It is a structure that helps in analysing the internal forces, it is sometimes called situational
assessment or situation analysis. It assist the company in getting a vision on their present
