Research Statement
Human workforce are one of the most prominent factors that defines the success of an
organisation or project. Hence, it is of crucial importance to manage the human resources
adequately. Additionally, the complexity of managing the human resources gets amplified if,
the workforce consists of immigrants (Guo & A1 Ariss, 2015). Hence, the proposed work
will pursue the objective of identifying the challenges and constraints that are associated with
managing Asian immigrant human resources. The selection of Asian immigrants can be
justified by the fact that the contribution of immigration in Australia has witnessed an
increase in number while Europe and African immigrants are witnessing downfall (Chang,
2017).
