1.2 PROBLEM STATEMENT
a) Problem Statement: Not enough space at the truck.
Asian Street Food Truck have a problem not enough space at the truck. We cannot
expect the number of customer will come to our food truck. Sometimes, will be more than 20
peoples, sometimes will be less. If the number of customer come will be than 20 people, the
space to do the food preparation is narrow space.

to notify the audience about our business. We have to find alternative how to our business to

In conclusion, Business Model Canvas provide a simple, intuitive and flexible tool that
can be developed rapidly and applied ongoing to iterate and refresh the business strategy.
Business Model Canvas provides an overview of the business. It is offering infrastructure,
market and finances. Using this canvas will lead to insights into the customers we serve, what
value proposals are being offered through what channels, and how our business is making
money. We may also use the context of the business model to consider our own business
model or a competitor's.
I desired to meet customer’s satisfaction, gain potential client to deal with my business,
get the feedback in order to provide a high quality of product to be present to the customers
and achieve my target profit. My expectation is also being well-known in future because it’s a
wholly owned by Bumiputra Entrepreneurs that can expend and enter the market easier as
long as there is creativity to gain profits in business.
I can conclude that the quality of my product and our own uniqueness will achieve my
goals and have strong financial background. I will ensure that my business gain profit in every
month with my marketing strategy. I believe that nowadays we need to improve on how we
servicing our own product and customer with our own identity so that people will recognize
