INTRODUCTION
Health is always considered as an important issues for the life of people. It is rightly said
that 'A healthy mind reside in healthy body' so it is very important to keep oneself disease free so
that a proper health will be maintain. In order to ensure that no person shall face any kind of
health related issues, there are many initiative taken by government and the organisation as well.
It has been seen that there are many institution like hospitals are established so that a proper aid
will be given to people who are facing any health issue. As a separate health care organisation is
being established then a proper management shall be recruited fro such institution so that the
work carried out by health care department will be proper(Munn-Giddings, Winter, 2013). The
following project shall cover all the important aspect of health and social care organisation with
recruitment process and strategies used in there. The aim of the project is to establish a better
understanding about the management carried out within health and social care organisation.

There are many factors which a person from human resource department shall consider
while recruiting a new employee for health and social care. Two most important factors which
will effect the recruitment process in HR industry are operational and strategical factors.

found that larger organisation face less problem while recruitment process is being carried out in
comparison to smaller firms

working conditions and amenities then recruitment shall be conducted easily as people look for
