INTRODUCTION
Personal interest refers to the auditors, emotional, financial and other personal interest
and auditors also favours into conscious or subconscious terms. It is important because it gives
an independent, ethical and reliable sound audit which gives the organisation credibility. It also
allows the public to trust in the accuracy of the results and the integrity of the profession(Balog
and Kenter., 2019). The present report will cover discussion about the graduate job aspirations
which is based on the job roles available within the business sector. In addition to this, the report
will cover analysis about the job role which has aspired in order to gain on the completion of the
university studies. It also covers the description of the job role, reasons for selecting the
particular job role and how the skill set match or not match according to the job role.
MAIN BODY
Select one job role that has been aspire to gain on completion of the university studies which
needs to cover the description of the job role, reasons for selecting that particular job role
and about the skill set
At the university level, while there is a time period of learning there are various skills
which have been learnt. There are certain skills which found to be very difficult to learn into
successful terms. During the time period of semester learning, I have grasp knowledge regarding
the analytical skills, communication skills, problem-solving, team work and time management
etc. It has been observed that it was very difficult to learn certain skills such as analytical skill
and time management as well(Humayon and et.al., 2018).Analytical skills, communication skills,
team work and problem solving skill can be learnt into easier terms with the right kind of
approach. At the time of learning, it has been observed that there are certain which has been
grasped into easier terms so it has been decided that to choose the marketing field in terms of
career. The reason behind choosing this career, the personality is totally according to this field
and can easily work in this field into result oriented terms.
The job role which has been chosen as in the form of career is the Marketing Manager
where it is very important to be good in terms of communication skill, convincing power and
negotiation skill as well. As the marketing manager, it is very important that to understand the
job role of Marketing Manager into positive manner with the right kind of approach.

As a Marketing Manager , it is very important that to have good management skill and
analytical skills as well. There are certain roles and responsibilities of a Marketing Manager
where they have to oversee the campaigns of marketing for their company and implement
strategy as well. They have to promote the business products and services and also need to
ensure that company is communicating the right message to the prospective customers (Phan and
Ngu., 2018). As a Marketing Manager, it is important to represent the marketing team to cross
functional groups and need to update the senior leadership on the progress of marketing
activities. These are the main responsibilities of a Marketing Manager.
There are certain reasons for selecting this particular job role because it has better future
growth rate and according to changing period of time there is high requirement of marketing at
the organisational level. In this digital world it is very important that the companies have to
adopt proper strategies for the promotion and marketing of their products and services. It has
been also observed that there are companies who are majorly investing into marketing
parameters of the organisation. So the people who are in this field has a bright future and can
earn on a larger scale from the financial aspect. This is a field where people also like to explore
into positive terms and can make their good career into this field. The career into marketing field,
basically explores the customers perceptions and also act as a source of profit generation into
result oriented terms. That's why this field has been chosen in order to complete the final step of
the University learning phase.
According to the analysis it has been find out that currently my skills matches according
to the job role due to which it is easier to perform into positive context(Zhang and et.al.,
2021).There are certain skills which requires the level of improvement and practice as well. It is
important that to work on the analytical and time management skills so that I can perform into
out of box manner at the organisational level. So these are the skills which matches according to
the job role due to which it is not challenging to perform the tasks into positive manner.

CONCLUSION
The above stated report concludes that personal interest plays a very significant role in
terms of growth and development of an individual. It has been concluded that there are certain
skills which have been learnt into smoother terms and there are certain skills which can't be
learnt into positive terms. It has been determined that there are different actions which can be
adopted in order to complete the learning into effective terms. It has been observed that a
particular job role is required in order to perform into smoother terms in terms of career
development. There are certain roles and responsibilities of the job which are very necessary in
order to follow at the organisational level.
