INTRODUCTION Skills are one of the most important key element that is required to promote an individual growth and development of an individual in both personal and professional life. It helps in achieving goals in an structured and organised manner. So it is needed for an individual to sharpen skills so that it can overcome from his weaknesses. A person can develop skill and make master in a particular field. Learning new skills helps in professional life that enables in doing work in a proper manner(Montag-Smitand Maertz Jr, 2017). This project report is based on identifying the SWOT and 5 step aspirations towards the future goal. In addition to that, it will also cover reasons about the importance of aspirations development plans. At last, it will cover the SMART table that justifies the 5 step aspirations. TASK Skills plays an important role in everyone's life as it helps in boosting self confidence and directs towards attaining goals. As I want to be a manager in my future so it is needed to have necessary trait and qualities that helps me in becoming an effective manager. Attributes are those qualities that an individual have naturally that benefits in his personal and professional life. Whereas on the the other hands skills are those qualities that an individual have acquired through his experience and qualifications(Mumford, Todd, Higgs and McIntosh, 2017). So it is needed to create an attribute list that will help in assessing strengths that can used to compete with other candidate. People have small or big dreams in their life and they want to achieve them. Getting an skilled in a particular field can help in attaining those objectives. It is very important to have self confident and when I will be a manager that will help me in creating team building and will have the ability to influence my team mates. Reasons to create aspiration Plan It is very important for me to create an aspiration plan as it will help me achieving my professional goals. This assess my strengths and weaknesses and provide with recommendation how to overcome from those weakness. Weaknesses are the obstacles that come in the way of growth and development in becoming an effective manager(Paul and Elder, 2019). As I want to become a manger in future and it is needed to have relevant skills that makes me a good manager. I want to eliminate my weaknesses and want to convert my weakness into strength. It is the framework that defines an individual's goals that he wants to achieve in future. I can overcome my weakness. The main aim to formulate an effective plan is that it provides with an effective strategy that promotes the growth(Larsson, 2017). It is the blueprint or roadmaps that clearly states what an individual wants to be in future and drives him to go for that destination position. In upcoming 4 years these skills will help me in becoming an effective manager . Critical thinking and leadership skills are the two main elements that will help me in taking effective decisions and creating my team that will work in an effective way. Whenever I will face any issue these skills will help me in overcoming. Whenever I will be working with my team, this will enhance my team building spirit and I can effectively mange and control team in order to attain organisational objectives. This skill plays an important role in becoming a good manager and will drive me in achieving manager's position. By having critical thinking skill, I will be having the ability to think about the root cause of the issue and analyse the alternative available and based on my knowledge, I will take decision so that I can effectively manage the organisation's functions. CONCLUSION From the above project report it was concluded that skills plays an important role in everyone' s life. Some skills are hereditary and some acquire from the years of experience and hard work. It is needed to improve the skills so that it can promote growth and development. There are some aspiration in everyone's life which he wants to achieve in his future. An aspiration plans helps in defining the path and weaknesses that came across in the path of development. These weaknesses can be eliminated by acquiring proper skills so that individual
can work in an efficient manner. An individual can attain its personal as well as professional objectives by sharpening its existing skills and learning new skills. There are various skills such as leadership skill, critical thinking and conflict resolving skills that will help in becoming an effective manager.
