Question: How do you obtain feedback from others to assess communication methods and
identify opportunities for continuous improvement?
Answer: It can be said that obtaining a feedback is one of the prime procedure to ensure
continuous growth in both our society as well as in commercial business organizations. The
selection of the appropriate communication method is very much required to get the feedback
and identify the opportunities of continuous improvement.
The different procedures to obtain feedback to access the communication methods are
being proactive live chat support, getting feedback from the live sessions, measuring the
customer service performance, calling the loyal consumers, monitor the social channels and
asking for feedback on order confirmation page (Ríos et al., 2016). From the perspective of a
management team of a commercial business the ways to obtain feedback from other to access
communication methods for the consumers are creation of new spaces to leave the feedback,
creation of incentive schemes for the resources which will be identifying communication
methods (Bernhardt, 2017). Thus, it can be said that the managing the feedback is very much
significant to access the communication methods in a commercial space or in our society.
There are diverse categories of opportunities which are required for continuous
improvement like the maximization of the net profitability of a business, reduction of the diverse
categories of cost related with the business such as the operational cost, maintenance cost and
overheads cost, and accelerating of the innovative step which has to be taken for continuous
improvement. The PDCA cycle is very much useful for any sort of business to promote
continuous improvement as well. The components of this cycle are Plan, Do, Check and Act.
