Description In order to have the access the level of assessment, the topic have played an important role to get the work done in perfect manner. We have clearly decided to divide the work in particular section as per the given time period so thatthe in-depth analysis of each and every element can be performed in more successful manner which make me understanding of presentation skills. I have analysing the such and every aspect pf the e fixed the deadline to complete each element of the topic. On the other hand, in the starting phases I have understoodas the development of the employability skills to relate to the other aspects for the professional developmentwhich can be helpful in providing the sense of comfortability was creating the level of confusion which I thought should be solved with further completion of report On the other hand, the definition of the topic gets to mix with each element which turned to be very challenging for me to interpreted the lest data out form the different aspects. Hence, I missed each deadline to complete the element of topic which is somewhere the issue of time management butI have established a better level of understanding skills a how to reset it as per my needs and requirement. This is the firm stage and time tasking process which needs a lot of attention and evaluation to get effect timing and completion of works. Hence, there is need to have focus on development of time management skills. Feelings and thoughts The feeling of the completing this project is turning out to be more level of jumbled and frustrating. As in the starting I have completely divided the work in different section as the important and relationality of the topics. I thought it would be easy task to divide the work and perform but the reality come out of the expectation (Walt, 2019). I have continuity face the issue of time management and missed by target.The report is getting more delay and making more 3
frustrated to relates the different element communication with employee.Here is the situation which have clearly described the proper level of support. This was my experience of being the general manager for the time of 12 years in an optical company.I have developed the skill as there originator along with appropriate dealing with employee and supplierasthis is turning to be effective panning skills. This is so one which is turning out to be helpful is establishing the relationship in perfect manner.I have started feeling so frustrated that’s I have to cancels all the preplanner activities because of my there feeling of guilty.I have feels that’s I have failed to make the proper management of times due to the lack of corporation in perfect manner. This have helped me to work harder over the subject with more level of dedication. but now looking back is asking more fee more satisfied that’s how I planned by the tastes after cancelling it gaining more level better experience over working.This have the basis to establish effective communication skill whether is have been consider in written or oral one. Evaluation of the experience This the stage where is have evaluated of the working which have been done in more way of accomplishing the project to the perfect ones and more level of suitability and sustainability to gain better level of experience.In more have to have improvement in interpersonal skill, tie managements have gone through the contradictory aspect.Hence, the things were walking on the both sides of road that’s the is good and bad.On the other hand, the good one is by strong level of communication skill as manager which help in providing the excellent level of guidance regarding the establishment of relationship with the topic in perfect manner.The guiders with friends have turned o be positive level of motivators in order to have the performance of the induvial work ethic along ways group ethicswhich have accomplished the better development of team skills (Snowdon, 2018).The experience has the mixed feeling as the change in way of interpretation regarding the different model by author are turning out to be very confusing to make infit in the company.There is basic level of understanding in the devising the more research skill as the having proper analysis in the development of professionality.In addition to that’s the things have not exactly performed but several modifications have taken place.But I am glad to have the understanding regarding the development of my employability skill that’s is such as their research skills and team work. I have the proper analysis for strength and weakness and more to gain the clarity (Okamotoand et.al.,2017).I have better level of grip on the communication skills and interpersonal skills which have acted as my strength in completion of presentation.During the research I have developed the research skill which need for the level ofdevelopment.Ontheotherhand,thetimemanagementhaveactuallyweakenedmy performance at the time of presentation.I have failed to properly manager the writing of task. There is failure to have the manage the delegation of authority along with social loafing was the major level of difficulty to understand the report in perfect manner.The use of ICTs was vey limited in the report as this have been considered to very weak as no one gains the specific knowledge over implementing it in each and every aspect for perfect manner. More to the manner how I planned by the tastes after cancelling it gaining more level better experience over working.This have the basis to establish effective communication skill whether is have been consider in written or oral one. Conclusion Hence, in the conclusion aspect, I have clearly understood there the more level of skill and how o divide the wok in perfect manner so that’s each element by the planning the section in more 5

As the parts of the conclusion I have bene conceded to the make proper level of assessment over the self-identify which can have the major level ofassistance over the making appropriate level of team work in perfect manner. hence this project has helped in identifying various level of strength and weakness(O’Halloran, 2016). Further I will develop the action plan to work of the weakness that is have identified while preparing for the presentation in the report. Action plan I have to make roper level of attention in developing the time management skill which was my weakness along withmaking proper level of attention of the research skills, teams work skills and the last and prompt important presentations skill.The next whenever I will be analysed to havethe working in the team, I will make the proper assumption of formal meeting with respective level of team memberto analyses there strength and weakness that’s the proper level of work is been allotted to them as per the ability and requirement. On the other hand, as per be I will properly develop thetime management skills with properfollowing of exercise and guidance for from senior management (Tesh, and Kautz, 2017). It will be followed up with the attending different seminars. This will be also helpful for me to have development of the research skills.I will join the online classes to have the skill development of information technology which will make me more level of confident regarding the perfect decision-making aspects. 6
