INTRDOUCTION The case study of patient, who is becoming 60 years old female and faced problem related shortness of breath. Afterwards, she was decided to visit emergency department for going for hemithyroidectomy surgery. The situation has been occurred when increasing problem of hyperthyroidism and produced large amount of thyroxin. In this way, it is directly affecting the metabolism of patient such as weight loss. It also increased the irregular heart beat rate and shortness of breath. That’s why, patient was decided to perform “hemithyroidectomy” surgery, it help for improving the health condition or situation.
Overview about case scenario As per case scenario, 60 years old lady which established coordination with the emergency department regarding the hemithyroidectomy surgery. in past decade, she had increased the problem of shortness of breath.
