INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management is one of the important activity within the business
organization as it used to manage as well as lead employees at working area. In this, both
manager and leader play a significant role because they are responsible for leading or managing
workers activities with the aim of making them able to accomplish their set goals and targets in
stipulates time frame. In this regard, leadership is refers to an effective function of management
which may assist to maximising efficiency level and at the same time also aid in attaining
organisational goals (Kurucz And et. al., 2017). In addition to this, management is also consider
as a crucial aspect within the company because it help to make sure that all the activities of
workers perform towards the attainment of common goals without any kind of disarray. Thus, it
is stated that both are play a crucial role in business organisation as it support them in sustaining
in market place for longer period of time. For conducting this part, literature review will be
conducted by researcher that help in addressing the research objectives in detailed way. With the
help of this section, investigator can easily identify the research gap present in the current
research.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Literature review is consider as an important section that provide detailed of in-depth
information on the basis of research objectives or questions as well. By using this section,
investigator can easily acquire relevant information that support in taking right judgement at the
end of the investigation. Along with this, it is part of secondary methods in which researcher use
various sources to gather relevant data and information towards the specified research. For
collecting data, books, journal, articles, magazines, newspaper and many more sources are used
to acquire relevant as well as authentic information (Raut And et. al., 2019). Mainly, it is based
over the research questions that is developed on the basis of specified aim of the study. As it also
allow researcher to evaluate the aspects that present in the research and also make reliable
outcomes at the end of the investigation.
