Introduction
Psychology can be defined as the scientific study that is related to the behaviour and
mind of a human being. This study strives to provide detailed discussions regarding
the various gains that have been experienced by me throughout the course while
pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology. Further, this study lays down a
detailed insight regarding the various skills and abilities that have been acquired by
me in the said due course and also casts a light upon the future implications and area
of improvement that might be required so as to ideally meet the goals that has been set
prior.
Planning
The definition of psychology affirms that the same is a study of human mind and
behaviour and the same may be evidently said to be a vast area as each and every
human brain thinks uniquely and that each and every behavioral approach is different
(Green, Conlon & Morrissey, 2017). I am Domilola, a student pursuing psychology
counselling and psychotherapy in the University of Bedfordshire. I had a remote
knowledge and zero background in the field of psychology prior opting for the said
course and thus, I faced typical hardships in the process. Further, as I had a feeble
background knowledge, in order to acknowledge the various outcomes and goals of
the keystone subjects, struggle on my part was severe. However, I strongly made up
my mind that in the near future it is required for me to coupe up and eventually I
achieved the same. Throughout the period of time while pursuing the undergraduate
degree in the University of Bedfordshire I happened to learn that in the said field of
study that has been chosen by me, there are a few major goals that need to be
achieved. The concerned goals and relevant discussions are enumerated underneath:

This may be identified as the primary attribute that requires to be acknowledged and
mastered by a student of psychology and the same is one of the few things that are
introduced in the initial stages of the study. As per the opinion of de Vibe et al.,
