INTRODUCTION
The main aim for report in explaining about the difference between the real property and
personal property. Furthermore, examines about the fixture and their test for determine the
fixture things. Moreover, also explain about the reasonable person who play the important role or

person.
MAIN BODY
Difference between real and personal property
Personal property means those property which have been owned by the well being and
this can be moveable. The laws can also includes such as covering possession gifts, stolen
property or loss property. While through the law can be applied in losing the property and make
their right towards some other property. The personal property can be both tangible and
intangible (Lam, 2020). In which the tangible property have value and can be easily felt to touch
such as equipment, furniture, jewellery and vehicles. Intangible property means those things
which cannot be touch, but this might be available in the physical term and have more value for
represent. For example, life insurance, policies, copyrights and investment etc. For instance in
personal property like material and equipment, electronics and memorabilia. This property can
be movable in common law system while this might be also known as chattels or personally.
This property can easily have huge benefits for which the property can easily make sure about
the purchasing or selling to the people. While having the personal property that could be the big
advantage for the human while for making their own creation which might be important for them
in having the better future aspects (Park and Quercia, 2020). While this might be also important
in having some of the personal property right through which the law can be followed while by
selling the property. Possession or personal property must be having the intended for using the
personal things and that could be more benefits in the term of their usage.
Real property that one own and they do not move from the property. There might be
nothing just like physically attached to the land. While for example, building, lands, crops and
mineral rights etc (Ash, 2020). This might be also important in taking the benefits from the
various kinds of sources for human and also make sure about the high stream while in which
