I. Introduction
The report describes the design for mobile health checking application. The
mobile health checking application enables applications users in measuring the
heart beats, body temperatures and blood sugar level. The mobile heath
checking application shall be used by people of age bracket of 13 to 75 years.
Who own smart phones and able to install and use mobile applications. The
application shall be mobile application and running on android platform. The
application enable application users to access health information on the system.
The health information enable application users in improving their health and
provide preventive measures. The application enable users to test body blood
sugar level, temperatures and blood pressure level . The application also enable
users to test their heartbeats. The body wellness is also monitored. The
application enable users to interact with the health expert. The user can may
inquire about the health condition. The user also seek treatment .The medical
expert diagnosis user and make suggestion. The application enable medical
expert to make their opinions.
The aim of this report is to describe the design of the mobile health checking
application by addressing the needs of the actors. The actors of this
applications are as follows:
Users-they need the design to satisfy the system functionality and non-
functionality requirements.
Developers – they need to understand design to help them implement the
system.
Project Manager – is to ensure the project is implemented according to the
design.
Maintenance Programmers – is to ensure the application is working well and easy
to adopt other technologies for future.
The architecture for the mobile health checking application is represented using
4+1 form [1995 Krutchen]:
Logical View.
It ensure patient and medical experts functional requirements are
supported .The example is class diagram.
Process view.
It supports activities of the application and how system user interact with the
system example includes sequence diagram.
Development view.
This is where actual development of the application takes place the codding of
the application into final product.
Use case view.

This view show how actors interacts with different use cases .The use case
diagram is drawn to identify different use case
Deployment view.
This view enable final system to be installed at the user ends place. It shows how
nodes are connected to each other.
II. Design Goals
The importance of good design are to ensure stakeholder concerns are
addressed.

To reduce complexity and implementation effort.
To reduce low coupling and increase high cohesion.
To ensure understandability of system requirements.
