Introduction
The “health care system” is the digital platform for the public of Australia to provide and support
people for their health problems. For the system of “Healthcare,” the cloud bases solutions are
sued which provide the availability of service for 24*7 and manage the information of patient
care. The cloud-based solution is best fit for the health care system that can enhance the feature
and functionality. In this report, the discussion includes the cloud-based solution and the
architecture and what service of cloud are best fit for it. The solution of vendors in cloud
platform are also discussed in this report and in last part of report the SDLC approach with the
type and which approach suite for “health care system” are discussed.

Vendor Solution
Vendors are the organization or the person who are responsible to fulfil the needs that of the
project which wants to develop. In vendors, we are choosing the organization that is best fit for
the particular type of use in market. So by choosing the best option the security, flexibility,
efficiency of the system and the trust among the people who want to access and use the system.
In solution, the requirement for service providers, online security providers for software the
payment gateway that are best and secure for the system are discussed.
1. Cloud service provider: Earlier for storing the data the hard drive in the computer are
required. By using the cloud computing service, the hard drive is replaced. It reduces the
cost. Services like storage, networking, database, etc. Some companies offer the cloud
computing service that is used directly by the consumer. Specific organization are providing
the particular type of service like SaaS, PaaS, IaaS. In this system, the “health care system”
salesforce, Google app engine are used for providing the SaaS service. In the system “health
care system” the salesforce is used.
Features of salesforce are:
 It provides the consumer to support from anywhere and anytime.
 It helps in managing the information of costumer’s contacts, for the automation processes
in the business.
 It comprises multiple services in the cloud like service cloud, marketing and sales cloud.
 It can offer all the business requirement application like ERP, sales, CRM, mobile
application, customer service & marketing, etc.
 By using the Salesforce cloud computing environment application of the emails like
Gmail, outlook, etc. are fully integrated. So by this synchronization of calendar and the
contacts are done.
 It supports file collaboration wherein a secure manner the files are shared on the platform
with the co-worker of the organization. (Zawacki.N, 2013)

2. Cloud security vendor: In cloud, various threats and hazard are found which are very
important to handle in the health care system to handle properly. Arxan are used which
provides the security feature to the information of patient.
A feature of Arxan is:
 It will check the integrated app by the code verify status.
 Encryption and key complication are used to hide the critical data.
 By a notification, it may alert the user in real time app attack.
 It can detect the rooted device for alerting the user to OS level threat.
 For complications of code, the binary level functionality is used for securing the data.
 It will deliver the treatment protocols updated remotely (Arxan, 2018).
3. Online payment provider for cloud: In health care system the patient should pay the online
payment feature for this the payout vendor is used.
 In this, the information transaction is updated on cloud automatically.
 It does not have activation and set up fees.
 It has approvals under the 48 hours.
 It has provided the technical support for24*7 to the customer
 It has no annual fees and no monthly statement fees.
 It also does not have any cancellation or any termination which are done early (Paysout,
2018).

Cloud-based solution review
The solution can be used when the service has required the resources on demand comes. The
resources like storage, computer network, applications, etc. These resources are accessed by the
use of internet and through other providers who are sharing the cloud computing infrastructure.
By using the cloud-based solution the end user has reduced the maintenance cost for managing
the infrastructure and also increases the scalability, functionality, capability in-house employees.
Cloud-based solution is paid on the go type of service. The ability to use the cloud-based
solution is it can be accessed from anywhere through the use of internet. It provides the three
type of service environment that is used the service is called as a SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.
(Deputy,2017).

In the healthcare system, the cloud solution that is used is SaaS (software as a service). By using
a solution of cloud bases system in healthcare there are several things like privacy and
availability, security of patient. By using the cloud solution, the data are available 24*7. And it is
accessible from any location and place. At data centre the data are available always

Cloud-based solution for data availability and security:
In cloud technology, the new service requires the efficiency & agility so that the system can
expand with more flexibility.
But some issues are faced during the cloud-based network which includes data deletion,
updating, availability in heavy load, etc. As the cloud solution is boosting in market nowadays
due to large requirement and boosting of cloud security and availability because the cloud is
spread the files and device at various places in the network. The solution to this problem is SaaS
architecture of cloud service. To use the advanced security as well data availability feature is the
application of the system. The different system requires a different type of security as well as
data availability features over the network. Various type of issue common to cloud-based
solution is securing the emails, web and handle load carefully and authenticating the system and
limit the bandwidth consumption so they can use the cloud service appropriately.

Merits of using the cloud-based solution:

1. Cost efficient: It reduces the cost of purchasing the hardware. You pay as you use the
service. It is cost friendly for the organization for establishing the system.
2. From anywhere the work can be done: You can access and work from any place anytime
for using the cloud-based work. You can use any device or mobile for accessing and using
the service the restrictions are not there.
3. Security: It provides better security protocols that are beneficial for the organization. In an
organization the data are stored in laptop the data are costly for the organization if the laptop
is lost then it is very problematic in organizations. By using the cloud-based solution you are
not aware of data availability and security because it always guarantees to deliver the service
if at any time any laptop is lost then it can be recovered remotely.
4. Flexibility: It is flexible for an organization where requirement is changed with time and the
demand is dynamic. If you want to scale up or scale down the cloud service, the cloud
provides this flexibility.
5. Software updates are automatic: The best part of using the cloud is at the time when server
is off-premise or out of the sight of user the user are not taking care so it will take care by the
cloud supplier that they are rolling out the software and security updates automatically and
for maintaining and managing the system the time is not wasted this can also be done by
suppliers. So only keep seeing the important things for the business (Salesforce blog, 2018).
Demerits of using the cloud-based solution:
1. Downtime: Cloud is fully Internet-based service so it is fully dependent on the internet
service. There are several reasons in cloud-like a fail of hardware, load, etc. Due to this issue
some time the cloud is down for some time.
2. Controls are limited and flexible: Up to some degree, the cloud provides varying and
limited control of functions and executions of the hosting the infrastructure.
3. Costs in cloud computing: For small projects s well as for small business it will not a good
approach. So in cloud what the small business are expected the cost then the cloud sometimes
provides higher cost.

4. Data security and leaking: In cloud some problem like data breeching, data selling by some
third party organization, etc. are faced which are dangerous for organizations (Sashachala. S,
2015).
Environments of cloud:
For describing an organization, individual or a company the cloud environment is used. In
cloud, all environment is not of same type. In cloud, the service is used directly rather install or
purchase.
Three type of cloud-based environment are:
1. SaaS: It provides the capability to user to use the provider's application which is running on
the provider's infrastructure to use. Through the use of web browser, the application is
accessible by the thin client or any of the clients. In this, the user is not managing the server,
interface, storage, or any part associated with the software the client will only access the
information.
2. PaaS: This provides the feature to use the provider's infrastructure where the consumer can
create or acquire the application run on provider platform the consumer uses programming
language, services, libraries & tools which can be supported by the provider. In this, the
consumer does not maintain the underlying infrastructure which includes operating systems,
servers, storage, and network.
3. IaaS: In this the consumer can process the storage, network and fundamentals where
consumer is run and deploy the software that can include application and operating system
The consumer has no control over to manage the cloud infrastructure but can control the
storage, OS, & application that are deployed and some limiting control over some
components of networking like host firewalls.
I would like to suggest the SaaS (Software as a service) in the project “The health record system”
from the entire three environments are discussed above. For using the SaaS in the project the
reason is that the project is of scalable nature and of low cost compared to other architecture of
cloud. Using the architecture of SaaS, the time of implementation is reduced in the project
(Cisco, 2018).

The patient information is very sensitive so the extra care is take in reference. The security &
availability feature like virus, load, malware, threats attack is protected in the system. These all
are protected using authentication, encryption of data, authorization, load balancing techniques
are taken into consideration.

SDLC Approach
It is the process of software development that can be followed by industries for designing, testing
and developing the system. By using this approach, the high-quality system is developed which
is of low cost and high quality. There are two typed in SDLC approach adaptive approach and
predictive approach:

Predictive approach: When the output and outcome of the system are known and specified then
the predictive approach are used.

Pros of predictive approach:
 It is easy to follow and understand.
 It allows predicting the budget and timeline required in the project.
 It is also easy to manage.
 In this type, the technical risk should be minimized.
 It allows measuring the system progress.
 At a time one stage is processed so it has clearly defined stages.
Cons of predictive approach:
 For a complex project of which follow object-oriented approach, it does not work.
 In late stage, no software development should be produced.
 It is a time-consuming task.
 It does not have applied the changes after the project development.
 At some level of extent, it is following the traditional approach.
 It can only be known where the requirement is known because it has resource-poor to adapt
the environment dynamically (Researchomatic, 2018).
Adaptive approach: This approach is useful when the outcome of the system is unknown and
unspecified outcome.

Pros of adaptive approach
 It allows early delivery.
 Transparency is allowed and present of the project development.
 It will work with the client need the client sends the feedback so that the productivity is
enhanced the system.
 It delivers the high-quality software’s
 It delivers the project on regular weeks.
 At the stage of execution, the modification changes are done to the project.
 It creates trust among the client
 It is easy to implement because it will break the project into small parts so to build and
understand and communication become easy part by part.
Cons of adaptive approach:
 In adaptive, the testing is integrated into whole life cycle.
 It highly restricts the re-usability of project.
 The difficulties are faced in effort assess in the beginning or SDLC.
 It involves lots of emergency requirement and also the evolution in the lifetime of system.
 It demands the extensive user requirement to build the project.
 In this, the time is wasted because most time the testing & reviewing are done
(Researchomatic, 2018).
Adaptive SDLC is best for the online Telehealth system because various users are using the
system. In this extensive involvement of user that are employed during before and after the
development of each stage so for this adaptive approach is best. Because the requirement from
initiation to completion the need is changed so it will follow by only adaptive approach. So in
end, the satisfaction of client is done. Telehealth is the complex system so the adaptive is the
ideal methodology.

Conclusion
For the system “Heath care” the report is successfully created. The benefits of using the cloud-
based solution and the type of cloud service which are best for it are discussed in the report. The
SaaS service of cloud is taken for the “health care system”. The report also includes the details of
vendors that are used in cloud like the provider of cloud, security & online payment method with
features are discussed in the report. In last section of the report The SDLC approach, their types
and which type of SDLC model best fit for the “health care system” project are discussed with
their benefit.
