The project will provide the access to health record of patient and also provide security to
data of patient. The project will also help to integrate the presently existing clinical system
with online health care system. The “My Health Record” project will help to improve quality
of health care system and provide medical facilities in remote areas. The patient and doctor
have access to “My Health Record” project. For this, cloud solution is been deployed along
with weakness, strengths will be discussed.
