a. According to the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, all construction sites
are required to have:
i. A delegated person in charge of first-aid provisions.
ii. A first aid box having adequate equipment to accommodate the size of workers on

analyses.

30th April 2014 All groundwork complete, slab in place,
plumbing works started. Neither delays nor
accidents on work noted.
29th August 2014 Structural elements and wall in place. Two
stories complete and last slab to the last story
in place. Finishing works on the interior on
progress.
30th November 2014 Roofing in place and third story complete.
Fittings complete except for doors and
windows where the client variation is being
addressed. Site cleaning done on most
sections. Electrical and plumbing fully
installed and operational.
