INTRODUCTION
Career plan refers as the practical strategy which permits individuals to identify their skills
and interest, develops career goals and gives high efforts on the action that supports to achieve
them. It is constant process which includes current goals, interest and skills helps to transform an
ordinary person into great man. A effective career plan helps individual to get healthy bank
balance in start of months which leads self-actualization creates baseline to build other dreams
and achieves then by constant following career strategy. CV is a documentation process which is
used for job purpose in which includes skills and background information i.e. post school
percentage, post-graduation percentage and others. Career plan and CV are essential document
because analyse individual’s weakness and strengths. The brief study includes essential
documentation such as Career plan and CV and Study work Plan & Review Process etc. and
helps to understand strength, weakness, interest and current career plan strategy of individuals.

In order to develop my career as an engineer, I first need to evaluate my strengths and
weaknesses based on which I will be able to develop a personal development plan as well
(Abdel-Basset, Mohamed and Smarandache, 2018). SWOT analysis is the best tool that can be
used in order to evaluate my own strengths and weakness and this can be done in a flowing
manner:

There are certain qualities and skills that I
possess which I can adequately categorise as

problem solver. This is because I am
already good at risk identification and
market analysed. As an outcome, the
solutions that I develop in such
scenarios will also be effective enough
regarding the current problem that has
arisen (Gürel and Tat, 2017).
Therefore, I think this is a strong field
to develop myself effectively.
Threats
The threats that I face in the engineering
background to which I belong are significant
and wide. For me in particular, these can be
enumerated as follows:
Lack of any adequate skills can make
me incompetent and this can lead to my
options of getting a good job limited.
This is a major threat to my career and I
need to avoid this at all costs so that I
can develop myself accordingly.

will be higher in the future. another reason is this when I

online course to check eligibility of student after
learning course. The certificate of the university keep
more value while giving job interview because
university follow legal criteria and gives honest result.

courses first I learn new language and become enable to
develop software. While second advantage is this, I can

based, object oriented and others. I join this class to
learn java language so that I can develop different
software. As same concept for this online course which
I explain above. Java is highly popular language
currently and most of the companies recruits only those
employees who know coding of multiple language. Java
language is not help to coding but also supports to
develop different type of software (Northwood, 2018).
The software is quite different from Python software.
Informational technology companies who operates on
wide scale needs java language coding because most of
the place java coding is famous then it becomes easy for
the companies to communicate with them effectively.
As I know I will go for job then I must know this
language. So, I join the online course for improving my

Whatever I learn from online training courses, internship and
extra curriculums, recalls them to improve my
comprehensiveness and retention power. I read my academic

various principle which have to follow while learning different
software language then can do coding effectively. Even I
resolve previous question paper to analyse my retention power.

and improves existing skills. For example, Analytical
skills is not good in me which major weakness of me. I
want to improve this skill because I know in the future, I
have to face various critical situation then I must know

when I looks for job. The university supports me to learn how
to operate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) which is latest
technology but highly use by MNC’s. the reason behind is that
it integrates various type information systems i.e. Human
resource, Management information system and Decision
support system. Senior authorities aware me about Transaction
information system which works in ways online transaction and
invoices. These type system keeps various type of software
application to deal with different type of tasks. Apart from this,
I want to make myself great software producer so my goal is to
learn about each and every software which can improve my

to improve my skills in software development and grab

There are a lot of responsibilities which the engineers have towards the society,
environment and the industry in which they are entering. Engineers work so that they can
provide a easier functioning a society and so that they can find it easier for them to understand
and use the technology. There are a lot of improvements which are done in technologies so that
the society can have a better understanding and functioning for themselves which is a very
important factor for them. There are a lot of codes and strategies and changes which have to be
made by the engineer so that the satisfaction of the society can improve which is going to help
the world be a better place (Barba-Sánchez and Atienza-Sahuquillo, 2018). Engineers have to
use sustainable resources they have to be very creative in doing so which is why there is a lot of
knowledge which is required in them. There have to be problem solving element in the engineer

field which is a very essential factor for them. There is a requirement of a lot of skills and
knowledge for the graduate to gather so that they can improve the functioning of the organization
and professionally develop in this industry so that they can achieve their objectives and aims
which is going to be very helpful for a long run in the market.
