HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Employability skills are defined as transferable skills that needs to do by an individual to make them employable and grab the opportunity for
get future employment. While I was studying in University, I analysed various activities and learning that is required to handle the problems
and manage the all workings. This is important for all people to understand the requirement and take the learning classes which can help to
develop the professional learnings and maintain the higher performance. While studying I focused on 10 enclosed artefacts that might be
support the development of employability in changing environment. The artefacts are photos or samples of work produced in the PSKC
module, Webinars. The second lecture was about personal SWOT that states strength and weakness, third lecture was about personal
development plan, fourth was about reading Log 1, and fifth covers Log 2 that helps to increase understanding how to develop the business
skills. All this skills and knowledge helped me to improve the skills and bring changes in themselves which can help to get future employment
opportunities and maintain the good performance. The sixth artefacts cover understanding about resources for job hunting 1 and seventh was
about resource for job hunting 2 that increased my insights from where an individual can get information for getting the job opportunities. This
module helped me to analysis my skills and talent which I have and manage the all activities. Moreover, eight appendix was about academic
resources, Ninth about job description and person specification and tenth was cover understanding about how to prepare for the future job
market that can help to operate the business in changing environment and maintain the higher performance.
This learning helped me to understand the how to analysis themselves and increase the own skills as well as understanding by taking
classes and programmes. This can be opportunity for individuals to develop their understanding and manage the all activities that provides
great opportunity in future and maintain the higher profitability.

In the changing environment needs and wants of people are changing where they are making the use of new technology that can help to
provide the different business opportunities in future and attain the higher profitability. With the help of this, nursing, auto mobile,
telecommunication, medical technologist, financial advisor, web designer, and other job opportunities will be incurred that can help to analyse
skills and develop the own skills and talent.
How can we prepare for those new opportunities?
To prepare new job opportunities and activities there is needed to attend the classes and programme which can help to increase the
knowledge and skills in particular field and maintain the good performance. If all activities and functions are properly arranged then it will be
