1ASSESSMENT As I have detailed how my life was pushing me towards the edge and I was finding for minimum support to cope up with my depression. These issues seem to be a never ending battle in my life and keep on making me weaker day by day until I found that a person leading a similar life like me but never thought of end to come to him. It was my hero Steve Jobs. He was also from lonely background put up for adoption. He was a wretched child whose father had sold him at his very young age. This was myaha momentthat changed the complete course of my life. the day I had learnt about Steve Jobs I could not prevent my tears to be flooded. I set one day long and keep on thinking how I can change my path. I motivated myself that I should not wait for a right moment to come but take initiative to reach my goal of becoming an entrepreneur like my hero. at that point of time I was nothing but a loser in life compressed between dream and family responsibilities. suddenly one of my neighbours came up to my mother and shared information about a scholarship. I ranked good in the High school despite of having so many problems which was enough to get access in the university. after a long three years break, I decided to pursue my dream. all of my hope was drained but a new way of thinking emerged in my mind after I found the biography of Steve Jobs. I have noted all the subtle shifts in my psychology when I was leaving the dark tunnel and going towards light. I wanted to be placed in a small company so that I can support my family but from now on my thought process had changed completely and I wanted to be a successful entrepreneur so that no of my community sleep with hunger. the argue associated with racism and cultural discrimination which has bothered me throughout my life came into front because this opposition was eternal. This is due to the fact that when I entered the university premises with the scholarship to pursue my dream I was stopped and asked about my background.
2ASSESSMENT This is a debatable situation because despite much positive change in the post-civil right error the notions of racism and white Supremacy has remained powerful element of American culture then during power and adaptability of these forces are seen in the emergence of new historical epoch. As mentioned in in the journal by Golann, Debs and Weiss (2019), prevalent attitude among the white Americans support ongoing operation of racism. there are three critical dilemmas of Race which has defined 2016 presidential election where was economic inequality in the presence of changing ethno-racial demography intensified racially quoted Strategies for campaigning and the failure of Clinton campaign for championing the interest of working as well as middle class families to get empowered. I have faced that many folks have taken post racial issues more seriously but America still has issues of racism imbibed in the society. But if seriously The Scholars to use the term racism they need to know reasonably clear boundaries and their meaning (Shayne& Manfredi, 2019). I have filled that we should know about the origin and evaluation and how to make intelligent use of this term to make any decision for the Welfare of the students and families constantly suffering for their different background. A feeling of aloofness grasps their voice and the question of equality seems like utopia. After the political success of Donald Trump, the white Supremacy has become rhetoric and validated where the president along with all the members appeared to be committed for delivering variety of social policy commitments without having any deeper understanding or idea of how to eradicate this conceptual war from its root. I have changed my path because I have the aim to be a role model of all those children who crave for education and equality in the American society. this is the reason why I have decided to start a new business and challenge the already existing Biased and prejudiced thought process that at the people like me having black or brown skin colour will be suffering all their lives. it is not only to support my family by earning meagre amount of money but also fight for justice
3ASSESSMENT which will show path the people like me who are fighting depression all their lives and do not find any way out to be successful.
