Customers through mobile application and Online website on all the services (AC service and
repair, Disinfection (Cleaning apartments/house), Yoga trainer, Fitness Trainer, Dietician,
Salon at home, Electrician to the customers) in Malta”.

The considered project is based on the area of taking care of entire customers
through mobile application and online website on all the above mentioned
services in Malta. Therefore, the study is effective in exploring individual
understanding in relation to the area of using mobile application and websites
in taking benefits of effective services regarding AC service and repair,
Disinfection (Cleaning apartments/house), Yoga trainer, Fitness Trainer,
Dietician, Salon at home, Electrician to the customers and so on. This study is
also effective for the learners who are seeking for their career development
within the same field, thus this study is also has imperative value in the
pandemic of COVID 19 to render safe and secure facilities to the people in
Malta. The study has create effective value for me in exploring idea about the
usage of mobile-application and website for fulfilling daily needs. As I have
also been recognising the benefit of implementing the right methodology to
assist the work in accurate manner to generate outcome. In the context of this
specific project, I have been seen that primary and secondary both the sources
are effective in gathering information in both theoretical and numerical aspects.
This study is effective for the readers in the manner of providing them
appropriate knowledge regarding the use of research methodologies and the
access of primary and secondary data as well as the study is also creating value
for the readers form Malts to use the mobile applications in real actions to fulfil
their requirement during the outbreak of COVID 19. In addition to this the
study is also creating value for the individual leader and the researcher in
implementing the acknowledge skills regarding researcher methods in their
future projects to make them more successful.
