This assessment 36122/02 is the 2 of 2 assessments of HLTWHS001 Participate in
workplace health and safety (Release 3) and CHCLEG003 Manage legal and ethical
compliance (Release 1). Once you feel confident that you have covered the learning
materials for this unit, you are ready to attempt this assessment. You can download a
Microsoft Word copy of this assessment from the relevant module of your course in
OpenSpace. Wherever applicable, write your answers in the space provided.

Uploading video answers
If the assessment requires you to submit video evidence, you can create your video
using a mobile device or laptop. You can set up the device yourself or ask a friend or
colleague to help with the video recording. Before you start recording your video,
please look at the
If your assessment requires to include other participants in your video answers, then
you should obtain their consent to be recorded, in provided Video Recording Consent
Form.
Before starting your video, write down/think through a plan on what are you going to
demonstrate or discuss with other participants. You may want to draft a short script
for the participants and yourself as guidance on what are you/them going to say in
the video.
As part of your video recording, you must include an introductory statement
stating your name, student ID, qualification and assessment number.
Speak clearly and in a professional manner. Make sure you and any other
participants (if any) are clearly visible and well lit.
Do not press ‘Submit’ until you have included all videos, consent forms, and the
completed portfolio. If you press submit, it will alert the assessor to mark your
