INTRODUCTION Oxfam is a voluntary organization mainly focus on the actions of worldwide poverty. Oxfam is founded in 1942-43s. Oxfam is a large non-profit firm having its headquarter in Great Britain. This report will compare and contrast the article of William Hague and other related subject of Oxfam and the Great Britain government rewarding the funding allocated by the government in the nation (Agarwal, Gneiting and Mhlanga, 2017). MAIN BODY Comparison of two different articles As William Hague given an article regarding the involvement of poor peoples towards the prostitution trouble due to cutting of abroad aid help. William has explained that if the aid funding is reduced by the government than more the peoples used to involve in the unfair practices of prostitution (Bingham, 2020). The workers of Oxfam used to pay for prostitutes in the area of Haiti because the organization used to influence the higher post peoples after the earthquake in Great Britain. Hague has also focuses on the improvement of human welfare of workers. On the other hand the another article is explained there is no chance of change if the funding remain same without any deduction. Many senior also finding the reason for stopping the charitable fund to the charity organization as it will contribute to the GDP with some percentage because the charitable organization covered with lots of corrupted people and there are misusing there authorities towards the poor peoples. Senior staff also using organization money in paying prostitute and leading them to involve in this bad practise. By this the taxpayer also not used to give the fund to Oxfam because they have negative reputation with the following corruptions (Dixon, 2019). As reduction in the foreign aid of Great Britain will spends certain percentage in the gross domestic production but it will also lead to increase in unfair practise by the poor peoples and the problem will become bigger than earlier. As worker welfare in Oxfam are generally not allowed to have any sexual relation with anyone if, its age is below 18 years whether Great Britain is allowing as legal in the nation. In the another side the article is explaining the Oxfam is surround with corruption so the fund is to be used in GDP as the aid is not able to avail by the poor people and senior employees are not using it effectively (Hilton, 2018). The article say that if the aid are provided then corrupted people will not allow consuming by the seek people, and
they will use that fund in their own unfair practises. If the foreign aid is delivered to right place then the seek peoples will not involve in prostitutes and live a normal life. Hague said that the foreign aid of 0.7 percentage is horrible because it will harm the economy and also not solve the big issue of prostitutes in the economy on the other hand the article is explained that the fund should be more or leas there is no change because there are such a big corruption that organization will not support the poor people. The senior members of the firm will misuse the fund in unfair practises in lead the seek people to involved in prostitution work (Montanaro, 2017). William Hague have to request to downing street calling to deduct the foreign aid fund, yet they also told that the government is going to meet their target of providing the foreign aid fund to the charitable organization as per the lawful duty. The another article is explaining that the government will not change the foreign fund then also the situation remain as it is. William Hague has explicated that the moral imperative to serve the seek people by aid so that the aid values are used at right place and the poor people get most effective use of aid. The Oxfam organization work done is undermined by the unfair practises. According to Hague the budget will affect the issue in the negative way in upcoming future. The chief executive take the duty to allege the use of prostitutes by the Oxfam senior employees. In the another article is said that the Oxfam have to focus on the accountability of the organization because the seniors are not using the aid payment in the welfare of the poor peoples and involving in the unfair practises. By the accounts in the fund the organization know the uses of the fund used and allocated to the poor people this will improve the work of the Oxfam. If the corruption is not get reduce then government have to stop the foreign aid. Oxfam should reform itself without damaging there reputation in the market to avail the fund by the government. Penny M. has announced to Britain's charities working firm to protect the poor peoples in allaspectsandprovidethemtheforeignaid.Shedevelopsaseparatedepartmentfor safeguarding the poor peoples and avoiding the criminal and raptorial practises done by employers in charitable organization. Penny have done many alternatives methods to avoid the prostitution scandal, but she yet not able to improve the Oxfam Whereas in the other article it is explained that the deputy chief officers affords are not enough to deal with the biggest problem of the world. Replace of the Penny's with a different officer will not go to transform the Oxfam organization in respect of its foreign aid uses towards the seek peoples (Rowlands, 2016).

With the corruption the problem is becoming stronger as the poor are not improving the life they just not have the money and fund is also not provided to them. The William hague have given morals to provide the aid fund to the poor so that they can improve there life and avoid prostitution work. The another article explain to announcement for reducing the charitable amount regularly because the Oxfam is not using the fund properly. So the government have to punish the charitable organization. Many taxpayers also now not providing the fund to Oxfam because they think the organization is not using effective use of the fund and due to presence of the corruption the reputation is being declined. For improvement in the Oxfam with the view of government the organization have set an example in a way that the company is not corrupted. Oxfam have to use there fund in improvement in their own process (Wilkinson and et. al., 2017). William has told that the charitable organization have to build the reputation with serving more by the foreign aidin the second article it has been asked that the charity became the public aid or helping fund for the poor peoples and the charity is a grantee income for poor. The second article alsosay that the state government should do for poor in the state rather than by the charitable organization. CONCLUSION This report has concluded that the Oxfam organization is a charitable organization used to serve the poor people of Great Britain. The comparison of the given article conclude that the reduction of foreign aid will affect the life style of poor people as they will move towards prostitution whereas another article say if the foreign aid funding remain as it is then also there is nothing change in the organization because there is a huge corporation in the organization as the corrupted staff use the fund for their own use the poor people not get their share of funding by this there have less option of work to earn their livings. Both the articles have the positive and negative aspect but the first article is more reliable and sensible (Scurlock, Dolsak and Prakash, 2020).
