students achieve their learning outcomes. Policies and cultures along with politics within the
educational institutions play a major role in the successful implementation of assessment
practices. In this case, the social and cultural context will allow me to successfully implement
this plan. Another important context which should be considered while developing this plan is
the cultural and social background of the students (Lundquist, & Robertson, 2015). The learning
style of the student is another important context for the assessment plan. The characteristics of

A teacher must understand the requirements and the needs of the student in order to teach his or
her students effectively. They must understand how to increase the effectiveness of their teaching
and develop a proper assessment plan (Keeley, 2015). Their roles play a crucial role in the
implementation of the assessment plan. As a teacher, I will focus on the cultural background of
the student for the proper implementation of the plan in the educational institution. An
assessment plan focuses on evaluating the learning processes of the student. To critically
evaluate the learning outcomes of the student, a teacher must understand the learning contexts of
the plan. Asking questions about the student learning is a crucial part of the assessment plan
(Wolterinck, Kippers, Schildkamp & Poortman, (2016). This plan also asks some questions
about the learning process of the students, like the level of their participation and engagement in
the learning. Each student has a varied approach to the learning and thus their outcomes are
different. Use of effective tools is necessary to ensure the positive results for the students. The
outcomes of the learning process can be unclear in messy settings, especially in less formal
learning settings. Thus it hampers the implementation of the assessment plan to evaluate the
learning outcomes of the students (Graesser & McDaniel, 2017). Each student has a different
learning preference, and a teacher has to understand them in order to successfully assess their
learning outcomes. The success of the plan depends on the characteristics of the students as well
as the teachers, which are the two main contexts of this plan.
The assessment plan is developed to assist me to teach an individual student and assess their
learning outcomes in the future. Good educational practices increase the contact between a
student and the teacher and increase student cooperation (Chappuis & Stiggins, 2016). The
learning outcomes of a student vary from student to student. One of the learning outcomes which
will be assessed with the help of this plan is whether the student is able to learn the topic in a
convenient manner. The students should be the ability to critically evaluate the topic and develop
a better assignment. They must be able to assess their own learning and provide feedback based
on the assessment. These are the learning outcomes which would assess using this assessment
plan (Dolin, Jensen, Bruun & Nielsen, 2016). It will assess whether or not the students are able
to understand the topic. It will also monitor the performance of the students as well. It will also

help the students to reflect on their areas of strengths and weaknesses during the learning
process. The assessment plan will assess whether or not the student is able to conduct critical
reflection and research about the topic. Assessment of the learning objectives of the students will
help both the teachers and the students to gain knowledge about the strengths and weaknesses of

The assessment plan is developed to assess the learning outcomes of the individual student. I
have developed this plan in order to assess the learning process of my future student. It will help
me to understand whether the student is able to understand the topic or not. It will help me to

to apply the knowledge gained from the course in the real world. This assessment plan is
developed so that the teachers can assess whether or not the students can apply the knowledge
gained from the course in the practical world (Harrison & Wass, 2016). This assessment will
assess the knowledge of the student, and how the student can apply the information collected
from the course in the real world.
For successful implementation of the assessment plan, a number of assessments can be
performed to assess the knowledge of the students. The student will be asked to write about what
he or she has learned from the course. The main purpose of this assessment is to understand the
depth of knowledge of the student. It will also help me, as a teacher to identify the strengths and

The purpose of this plan is to review the effectiveness of the program and measure whether or
not the student is able to achieve the learning outcomes. The assessment of the student will be
conducted over the course of five to seven years, to properly understand and assess the
performance of the student (Sierra, & Frodden, 2017). Changes will be made in the teaching
strategies based on the feedback collected during the initial assessment. Then a series of exams
will be taken to further understand and review the performance of the student.
These assessment exams will be conducted at a regular interval to monitor the performance of
the student. The duration of each exam will vary from thirty minutes to one hour, depending on
the extent of the course (Harris, & Brown, 2018). Then an annual assessment report will be
generated which will summarize the findings collected from the previous assessments and
appropriate strategy will be applied to increase the efficiency of the teaching process and it will
help the student to achieve his learning outcomes as well. This report will also contain evidence
whether the student is able to achieve their learning outcomes. The assessment will be
implemented from the first year to assess the performance of the student in the course. It will
help me as a teacher to come up with some strategies to increase my efficiency as a teacher. It
will also help the student perform well in their academics and achieve their learning outcomes
(Boud, Cohen & Sampson, 2014). The feedback of the student will be collected to understand
his perception about the assessment. This feedback will also help me to increase the efficiency of
my teaching skills.
Formative assessment allows students to identify their strengths and weaknesses and come up
with some strategy to rectify them. In this method, the students are asked to provide knowledge
on the topic and get early feedback. With the help of this assessment, the teachers can gather
feedback from the student and improve their teaching efficiency (Belcadhi, 2016). This method
helps the student to achieve their learning outcomes. In the summative method, the learning of
the students is evaluated at the end of the term and compare them against a set benchmark. In a
classroom, both summative and formative assessments are conducted. The formative assessment
in a classroom can include the strategies like standardized tests, quizzes, and writing of essays. It
will help both the student and the teacher to identify strengths and weaknesses of the student.
Thus the teacher can help the student to achieve their learning goals with the help of formative

student and develop a better strategy to increase the efficiency of my teaching skills. As the
quality of the classroom environment plays a significant role in the learning outcomes of the
student, I will focus on maintaining a positive environment within the classroom.
A positive environment in the classroom will help the teachers to effectively evaluate the
strengths and weaknesses of the students. It will also help them to increase the strengths and
weaknesses of their teaching skills. After the evaluation, both the teachers and the students will
be able to achieve the maximum potential of their skills. It is necessary to maintain a positive
environment in the classroom for the successful evaluation of the learning objective of the
students, by conducting exams and quizzes in the classroom (Griffin & Care, 2014). It will also
help me to identify the needs of the student and develop a lesson plan according to that. The
individual student should not feel being ignored in the classroom, so I will develop a lesson plan
which will be beneficial for him. This lesson plan will help me to increase the level of contact
with my student in order to understand the issues with his learning outcomes. It will also provide
me with an insight into my teaching skills, and how to improve them. I can improve the quality
of environment within the classroom to help my student achieve their learning goals.
Summative assessment of the learning of the students is mainly conducted at the end of the term
in a classroom. The results of the evaluation are then compared with some benchmark to evaluate
the overall performance of the student in the classroom. It will help me to understand the overall
performance of the student in the classroom (Temple, Ogle, Crawford & Freppon, 2018).
Formative assessments will allow me to adjust my teaching pattern and produce the overall
positive result in both the summative and formative assessment. The knowledge of the student is
evaluated in both these assessments. In formative assessment, the engagement of the students is
crucial for the successful evaluation of the learning outcomes of the student. The summative
assessment is the ultimate assessment of the students learning, and it does not provide any
chance to implement any measure in order to improve the quality of teachings of the teachers. In
a summative assessment, the students cannot engage in the process as much in formative
assessment.
As per a teacher in the future, my assessment task mainly based on how this tasks will be helpful
to the future students of any educational firm. On the basis of educational performances,

teachers give different kinds of test for a different reason to fulfill the assessment. Actually on
my point of view assessment tasks are used mainly for the accessing learners (Grant & Gareis,
2015). It helps the students to gain knowledge about the subject they have chosen for their task.
Assessment tasks are of various types that include written assessment, oral assessment,
demonstrations, and performances. I have seen that on the basis of a topic the time for the
assessment in allocated. The time for the tasks may be short or long and the students have to
deliver their assignment through online or they may submit a hard copy of the assessment. I have
seen that two types of assessment task mainly take place in any educational firm. One is the
formal assessment tasks where the learners assess through tests or exams and the teachers give a
grade to the individual student after the completion of the task (Grant & Gareis, 2015).
Another one is the informal assessment where we have to observe the learner see how they are
doing their work and at last, the teachers give feedback and comments on the basis of their
performances. All this assessment task perform individually or in a group and can also be
accessed by academic staff through peer and self-assessment (Kubiszyn & Borich, 2015).
According to my point of view, the self-assessment tasks is the one where the student can gain a
proper knowledge about their own progress in the subject. While peer assessment is defined as
the students commands on other's language, work, performance and strategies of learning.
Actually, both this type assessment are done in the academic field so that the student can gain
knowledge about the particular topic. I prefer to do my assessment individually so that I can gain
proper knowledge about the subject. I prefer that every educational firm can give an assessment
to the students so that the student can gain knowledge about the tasks they perform. The
assessment tasks include an essay, reports, presentation, portfolio, journal, multiple choice
question, case study and so many tasks. The assessment tasks should be like that the student can
perform the task enthusiastically and understand the proper motive of doing the work.
As per my view, the teacher should focus on the students' performance in the class and assign
individually each particular topic. The topic should be chosen in such a manner that the students
get interested to do the task and also it helps them in the future. As per my view, the assessment
task should perform by individual student although in some cases group assessment is also given.
In the future for engaging the students in course curriculum activity, I have to make a planned

students, as well as they, find interest in doing their work (Kulkarni et al., 2015). Educational
priority is improving day by day so as being a teacher I would like to arrange some tests after the
end of the particular chapter and by this, the student's gets interested on the topic and also they
gained knowledge about the topic. The assessment task given to the student has a particular
motive. Each student has different learning preferences and as being a teacher I should observe
every student know their interest. This strategy helps me to give them the particular type of task
from where the students get motivated for performing the task.
The assessment plans give me an idea about the type of task performed in an education firm and
from this I have made my assessment plan in the future. Along with this, the assessment plan
helps the student to get more interested in the topic also. As per Cameron, McLachlan &
Rawlins, (2016), the assessment in the school provides many challenges faced by the children in
their learning process. The challenges faced by the children can be determined by a survey. This
survey represents the preliminary issues faced by the children in their education life. The
teachers are incapable of understanding the requirement and beliefs of individual students and
this causes many issues to the children in their learning outcomes. As per my view, the teacher
should properly listen to the children so that they can learn properly about the topic. This build
interest to the children about the topic and thus the issues faces by them will be reduced
(Bukowski, Castellanos & Persram, 2017). I have made the assessment plan on that manner that
the children get interested about the topic and they do not face any problem while doing their
task. As being a teacher I will arrange multiple choice question answers round where every child
could participate and gives their opinion on the topic. Along with this, I make graphs and picture
as the small children are very interested to learn through pictures (Brown, 2015). As per my
future idea teacher should encourage the students by providing suitable learning stories that build
interest on the children about the topic.

affects the assessment practices all over the world. For determining the effect of assessment
practices worldwide the author chooses four countries for this article. This article determines the
prospects of the summative and formative functions of assessment in the schools of the four
countries namely England, France, Germany and the United States. It has been seen that in

England the teacher's judgment is taken as the foremost by the student and thus it gives a little
impact on the learning process. While in France the teacher has no involvement in the formal
assessment of the students and in Germany due to the different culture as well as policy the
educational system of the country is not developed at that time. Although the United States
educational system is quite upgraded and the assessment helps the student to learn about the
topic. I have seen that different country possess different political and cultural factors and it has
an impact on the education system. Thus this article helps me to gain a knowledge about the
effect of this policy on the educational system. After learning about the policies I made this
assessment plan and according to my plan, the educational system helps the student to gain
knowledge about the project. Based on the cultural and political factors the educational
assessment should be made so that the student can take part freely to the task and gets interested
to do it.
In the opinion Absolum, Flockton, Hattie, Hipkins & Reid, (2009), this paper was written to
provide advice to the Ministry of Education for implementation of newer strategies, plans, and
policies for the assessment. The paper suggested that the young people should be educated so as
they can access their own learning skills. On developing proper learning skills the students can
easily interpret, access and use the information as per their needs. Along with this proper
comments and feedback from the teachers also helps the student to improve in the future
assessment task. This article suggested me that every student gets interested in a topic only when
he can know about the topic properly. The development of new strategies helps the student to
gain knowledge about the topic and they get interested to perform the task. As a teacher, I will
implement various practical tasks that help the student to gain more knowledge about the topic.
By observing the individual student my duty is to assign an individual task to them and this
creates an interest to the student by performing the task as well as they learn from that topic too.
According to Wiliam & Thompson, (2007), the assessment tasks enhance the learning process in
an education firm. So this article helps me to gain knowledge about the future assessment plan
that increases the motivation level of the student in the coming days.
Although as per the author Carr, Peters, Davis, Bartlett, Bashford, Berry & Smith, (2008), the
school management is nowadays used software system for grading and marking processes. After
completing the assessment task the school management uses this software system for checking

purposes. This shows that the involvement of the teacher will be lesser in that case. Though as
per my view the teacher should maintain proper interaction with the student so that the students
get interested in the topic and facing any problem they can take help of their fellow lecturers. As
stated by Flockton, (2012), the Ministry of Education provides guides and a new design for the
improved strategies, policies and plans for assessment in New Zealand. According to the strategy
the young people must be educated and this helps them to access their own learning process
(Suskie, 2018). As per my view, this strategy will motivate the young people and also help the
people to gain knowledge about the task they perform. From this article, I have learned that not
only the student have to do assessment task but also the young people have to do an assessment
so that they can gain knowledge about the topic and this helps them in the future too.
On doing an assessment plan many issues has been arises and overcoming this issue makes the
plan successful in the future. On the basis of the assessment, the smaller children face many
issues in the school. Lack of proper guidance by the teacher the student has to face such kind of
issue. The teacher could not properly understand the opinions of the small children and thus they
are failed to guide them properly. Due to this, the student cannot learn properly from the task
(Beasley, Farmer, Ard & Nunn-Ellison, 2018). For diminishing such challenges faced by the
student the teacher should have to understand the student nature and gives task on the basis of
their capability. Along with this through playing they can teach the children and with this
strategy, the children get interested in doing the task and also they can learn from this. The
children also get interested in the teacher learns them through pictures tools.
Apart from this the culture, policies and the political factors affect the assessment task through
worldwide. The students of the educational firm mainly suffered due to the effect of political and
cultural factors of the country (Burden, 2016). Every nation has individual culture and politics
which affect the student mind. The students perusing their education to another country apart
from their home country mainly face a problem as the education system are quite different in

many schools use summative method while other school uses a formative method. This causes a
