INTRODUCTION
People management is also defined as human resource management (HRM) that mainly
include activities related to training, directing, motivating employees in a workplace structure as
to make significant optimisation in their productivity as to promote professional growth. In
simple terms it is defined as a set of practices that involves end-to-end processes of talent
attainment, talent optimization and retention of talent in order to inspire employees to change for
better (Knies, Leisink and Van De Schoot, 2020). Present report has been made on EasyJet a
British low cost airline company founded in the year 1995 and headquartered in London United
Kingdom. With more than 1500 employees this company operate their operations as domestic
and international schedule services in more than 30 countries. In this report formative discussion
has been made on theoretical model and recommendation in context with three essential
elements of an organisation that include leadership and management, talent management and
training and development as to strengthen organisational performance management.
TASK
Leadership and management
Leadership is defined as a process in which a leader provide formative direction, guidance,
encourage and influence individuals with the workplace organisation towards common objective
in order to fulfil organisational goals. This is one of the most important aspects for an
organisation through which behaviour of employees can be motivated in a positive manner
through which accomplishment of entity objectives and targets can be assured in best effective
manner. It has been identified that in work place structure of EasyJet leaders take advantage of
effective form of leadership strategies and models in order to guide employers to maximize
efficiency of their productivity. It has been identified that in company leaders undertake use of
Democratic form of leadership style in order to attain business targets and fulfil consumer
satisfaction in efficient manner.
In terms with management, it is a procedure in which different type of activities related to
planning, directing, leading, organising, monitoring, implementing and controlling are included
in order to align administrative activities in a well define way. In this manager undertake wide
range of responsibilities in order to manage different level of organisation and assure that
organisational employees perform their roles and responsibilities with efficient resources and
