INTRODUCTION
Healthy diet plan helps a person to effective gain better health and benefits of active life
style(Bell, Collins, and Marsden, 2020). A healthy diet is essential for the good nutrition and
health. It protect the person from the various non communicable diseases so that person can gain
better life results and growth of good care of daily routine. Eating variety of foods and
consuming healthy nutrition can improve living of the individual and also provide effective
healthy life style. This report explain menu plan and healthy eating guidelines for the the age
group of born child to 8 years old. Menu include the different level of menu that helps in better
living and healthy life style. Also various strategies that involve food plan for the child suffering
from various diseases. Various strategies to create positive and relaxed environment during the
meal time.
Assessment 1
1) Meals plan for lunch and breakfast.
Breakfast: For the prefect meal plan for the breakfast it should include boiled eggs,
porridge, juice or milk, bread butter and oats.
Lunch: For the perfect lunch it should include vegetables, high grain bread, protein
shack, and salad.
2) Menu that must include food and drinks that meet the need of nutrition.
Food and drinks with high nutritions include lean meat, dairy products, nuts, seeds, high
grain bread, fish and smoothie with high grain beans and fruits. For new born child milk is best
option.
3) Menu of food an drinks for various condition.
Child who has a food allergy: For the child suffering from food allergy there are various
food and drink menu that can help in better treatment of food allergy and helps to provide
healthy living(Chen, and Yang, 2020). there are some allergy friendly foods for the
child: Fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains excluding wheat, Legumes excluding peanuts etc.
parents of child should include these in the menu of their child so that it can help child to
have healthy life style. They can include fruits and legumes excluding peanuts in the
breakfast of child. For mid day snacks citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, berries. For
