provide high security to the data and documents. It shows high stability and durability as compared
to traditional methods. It is commonly used for system administration, database management and
web services (Ward, 2015).

automate the devices that are portable to Linux server. It can run home server so that backup and
streaming can be done easily. Flexible customization helps in company to work efficiently by
customizing the settings. Dedicated media center can be created here. It can use protocols of
security in better way and secure the data (Gordon, 2014).

In the company, there are 4 windows server 2003. They works for corporate networking and
enterprise scale messaging in very efficient way. It provides high security of data and documents due
to availability of 64 bit variant operating system. It allows some specific services to operate such as

of the server and hence helps in getting knowledge about the history. Management tools help
tracking the operations of the enterprise in addition to their details (Schlichting, 2008).

and receive with some security. It supports transport layer security and this layer provides highest
security to the e-mails. It also uses authentication method for login to maintain privacy. It uses
internet message access protocol for the transfer of email between several staff members of
company. It provides functionality of filtering for spam emails and its setting is under user control
(Mjr, 2010).

Print server performs the function of handling the activities related to printing of data for large
enterprises. Due to this reason, it is used for company Regional Garden Ltd. It has capability to
inspect the queue that has been developed during the print action. It reorders or deletes the
activities according to the demand from the waiting list. It has capability to do accounting operations
such as counting the number of pages (Catacutanjcsantos, 2016).

(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) server that functions for HTTP functions. It is a application level
protocol that is used for operating the information systems. TomCat is a servlet which works on java
programming and performs the task of java enabled applications. Every application requires a
medium for execution and for here the execution is done by the Java Virtual Machine or JVM
(W3training School, 2017).

Company chooses the cloud based technology to replace it. It has several advantages over the Linux
based technology. It is highly flexible which can support 70 garden designs. The data recovery is
easy during loss of the data and it also allows for automatic updates whenever there is a upgraded
version of the technology in the market. It enhances the collaboration in working and makes the task
easy as comparable. It has balanced control over different types of stored documents (Salesforce,
2015).
