INTRODUCTIONWith the advancement of technology, it has become an integral part of all the functionsthat have been taken into consideration by an organisation. The effective IT management helpsin efficient handling of the different operations or functions to get better growth anddevelopment (Amrouss and et.al., 2017). Thus, effective handling of IT tools and measures willhelp in better growth and development of company. For the report, BidTaxi has been taken as theorganisation of context. It works in public transportation sector. This report will lay emphasis onvarious business operations with regard to Ministry of Public Transportation. The properrecommendations have been given and various suggestions have been taken into effectivethought process with regard to drivers' training process (Okdinawati, Simatupang and Sunitiyoso,2017).MAIN BODYQuestion 1 Recommendation to Ministry of Public Transportation to outline the businessoperations of BidTaxi.BidTaxi is a new taxi service that provides the clients with the ability to share their ridesand uses the bidding facility rather than the pre fixed rates based on distance and time. Thecustomer can choose the distance, time and number of passengers to travel along. Here, theinitial bid given by the customer will be rebid by the driver within 10 minutes of time. This willhelp in the better estimation of distance (Shi, Hu and Jing, 2018). Although, the estimated costwill also be provided. The cost will be delivered when the driver and customer will reach thedestination. Once the bid is selected, the cost will be locked and the payment will be generated atthe end of journey determined by Global Positioning System (GPS), which will track the entirejourney.This will also follow various operations and measure to ensure that the services that arebeen provided by BidTaxi. This will help in the better management of different sort of operationswhich will help in effective execution of its services and provide a good customer satisfactionlevel. It will support the growth and development of company. Some major measures that havebeen taken by the company are:Better verification and certification of drivers as well as the vehicles to facilitate thehassle free, safe and appropriate riding. The customers will be able to see drivers ID,which will be verified online.1
