It also explores the benefits and limitations of technologies used in own area of specialism. Additionally, it analyzes the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches used in own area of specialism in respect of fulfilling individual needs of learners.

Analyse the effectiveness of resources used in own area of specialism in relation to meeting the
individual needs of learners
There are various resources like organizational policy, teaching staff, other policies like equality
and diversity, confidentiality of information, health & safety etc. have followed at different
organization to bring effectiveness in individuals learning. For example, learners can be
kinestheic, auditory and visual disability so it is essential for the effective teachers to adapt
different forms of learning styles which does not feel learners that they are disabled so they are
getting special privilege. But they learn more effectively like normal learners and improves their
comprehensive knowledge. So, it can possible in a situation when teachers have values and
respect of difference instead of keeping negative aspect over learner’s strength and discredit any
stereotype (Maciver and et.al., 2018). There are various resources like e-books, videos and
verbal discussion that can used by teachers to learn disabled learners effectively. However, it is
essential for the teacher to understand learners needs in different forms then they can use
resources to improve individuals learning for example visual and kinesthic learners cannot see
things due to visual disability, in that state teachers place the shape on the floor and they have to
move around the classroom and identify shapes and matches them with others. Such activities
bring effectiveness in individuals learning and make them feel accepted.
Effectiveness of own practice in using resources to meet the individual needs of learners, taking
account of the views of learners and others
In my own practice, I make sure that my all activities and lessons are effectively fulfil all
learners (disabled ones’) needs, learning styles, different abilities etc. So, I work with my
learners for understanding them and all factors about them caused by they feel that they are
socially isolated. Then I get to know that there are some individuals with disability such as
auditory, kinesthetic, visual impairment, physical impairment etc. who needs different type
learning forms. In addition, I abide all procedures and policy of organization in my practice to
make sure that I can carry them out with the support of my best ability (Posner and Sunstein,
2017). I follow safeguarding policy as well in my practice area to ensure that children with
disability or not will safe from abuse, harm, threat and hazards. I also follow GDPR rule to
ensure learner’s parents that I protect all personal information related to children, staff members

and others to make sure that their personal information will stay confidential. For instance, if I do
share information with UNSECO or WHO, SENCO and other professionals then priorly I will
grant permission from child’s parents in the form of signature that stated that they allow me to
share their child’s information in order to offer extra support to the child. From the above sated
statement, I decided that if auditory learner are learning from 2D shapes then I will play a video
on YouTube for them along with picture of the shape and also pronouncing that will bring
equality in each learners and maintains equality among them. In addition, I like to plan various
paired work, small group and individual to ensure that learners are communicate with others
effectively and shares their ideas and enhance their communication skills, these resources are
taking in account in my own practice for improving learners learning and capabilities.

specialism in respect of fulfilling individual needs of learners
Teaching and learning approaches are essential for meeting individual learners needs. For
example, in my own practice, I choose nursey to teach those children’s who are different from
others due to disability. There are various children’s who have different disability like auditory
impairment, visual impairment, kinesthic and others who have different needs. In my own
practice, I initially understand each child needs and teaches them in effective manner. for visual
learners I offer a power point presentation with the picture s of the different shapes and prints out
handouts on the paper and print on A3 paper with big font size to see easily for those learners
who have visual impairment. Thus, I maintain balance all learners and teachers them uniquely. I
enlists name of learners on the worksheet with their personalized resources which I give to
learner. Thus, different learning and teaching approaches uses by me in own practice in respect
of meeting learners needs.
Analyse benefits and limitations of technologies used in own area of specialism
Nursery is specialism area wherein uses various communication methods and medias with peers,
managers, learners and other professionals to ensure that messages are received in effective
manner or not. Basically, methods posses’ both positive and negative aspects. Communication

the process of exchanging information, speech and knowledge from one person to others through
different communication methods i.e. verbal, non-verbal, emails, written communication etc.
Written communication is effective to express own views to the peers and other professionals in
logical manner. In this specialism areas i.e. nursey written communication is the best technique
to convey information or message which can re-read and revisit the conversation multiple times
by the receivers. Another advantage of the media resources is that I use these resources for
learners in my practice i.e. power point presentation, books, posters, handouts and use internet
for various reasons like to get inspiration from Pinterest for activity to do with learners. The
major drawback of this technique is that it is time-consuming because I have to make myself that
I take time out my day to type message and makes sure that I have the correct grammar, spelling
errors. This meia also takes lot time to reach individuals for example if I send letter to
professionals through post that takes long time to receive them (Ruppar, Roberts and Olson,
2017).
Analyse benefits and advantage of technologies that used in own areas of specialism
There are numerous advantages of technology in my nursery such as it allows me to
research over various resources which are available on Pinterest ad twinkle to get some
inspiration and prints them for learners which can save more time in respect of making resources
for meeting learners needs. Another benefit is that it is cost-effective because I print the
resources instead of buying them on expensive prices from the shops (Stach, 2016). However,
there are some limitations of technology such as it is quite expensive to buy computer, internet
connections in order to use for the research. Such costs can add up that can lead financial burden
on me. Another drawback is that there are various copyright restriction that means I have to take
permission from original copy creator in order to use their resources or work which can consume
more time. Thus, I have to prepare priorly to deal with all situation in my own practice area.
Minimum core elements demonstrated when delivering inclusive teaching and learning
There are a lot of core elements which can be demonstrated when delivering inclusive
teaching and learning which is that the language can be a medium which can be a problem or

numeracy, literacy or ICT which can make a lot of difference in the class (Lynch and et.al.,
2018). The teachers have to plan the sessions in such a way so that the students which are present
are not going to find it difficult to be able to be understood by all the students in the class so that
there is going to be overall development which is going to be present.
There has to be good planning which is required in inclusive teaching and learning
classes since the style of teaching and expressing in these classes also differ which have to be
maintained so that there is going to be higher results. There are already a lot of changes which
are coming in the education system which has to be included by the teacher so that there is going
to be better learning methods which have to develop as well.
Own practice in meeting the needs of individual learners
There is going to be an effective graphic organizer for the effective practice that is going
to be used so that everyone can develop from the information and knowledge which is being
shared. There are set goals and needs which can engage the working so that there would be
higher performance which is going to be present and that is a great factor. VARK model is the
most useful and practiced model which would be good for meeting the needs of individual
learners. Visual, auditory, read and kinaesthetic learning is included in this model which is going
to make the inclusive learners as well understand the factors and information which is being
shared in the class (Sargeant, Wong and Campbell, 2018). Visual and kinaesthetic are very good
methods for the inclusive and the other learners as well to be able to understand the factors
which are going to be discussed in the class. There is an overall development which is going to
be present when these methods are going to be used in the class so that there is going to be better
performance and the feedbacks are also going to be positive as well.
Teaching and learning plan can be adapted to meet the individual needs of learners
There is an expectation which all individuals are going to have so that there is going to be
higher performance. There has to be good understanding of the students which is going to make
the planning which is going to make the performance of the students improve. Needs of
individuals have to be understood so that there is going to be better functioning and learning

which is going to be present (Baglieri, 2017). There are individual needs of inclusive learners as
well which have to be understood and meet by the teachers and by having a systematic planning
and organized action plan the students are going to be satisfied with the learning they are
receiving. VARK is a very good method which is going to be applicable in this situation which
would make the working of the teaching and learning process faster and the growth is going to
be overall which would be present.
Techniques, strategies and practices used for the delivery of employability skills
There are a lot of techniques and strategies which can be used by teachers to be able to
have a good delivery in their employability skills which is that they need to have a good
reflective model to be used and evaluation of the learners in the end of the class. It is very
important that the teachers take a feedback from the learners as to if they are improving and
learning something from the class (Ossiannilsson, 2017). Feedbacks is going to help the
employability skills to improve and know what is going wrong in the classes which can be
improved for the future so that there is a overall improvement in the teachers as well and the
learners will benefit from it.
There is a use of qualitative and quantitative data which is also going to be included for
the learners as well but the inclusive learners will not be able to follow that for long which will
have to be monitored so that there is going to be a good growth which would be present. There
has to be set targets which have to be achieved so that there is going to be good performance
which would be present and that is good for the overall development. The vocational and skills
have to be good in a teacher so that the learners are going to develop so that there is going to be
better outcomes.
Strengths and areas of improvement for the delivery of employability skills
The strength of would be that there is a good understanding of the inclusive as well as the
other learners which are present in the class. I know the exact data which needs to be shared in
the class so that there is going to be a good development overall. I have a target and planning for

the sessions which I have to take but the only issue comes to the expressing the information with
the students in the class which is the most important factor and that needs to be improved upon.
Even after all the data I know which needs to be shared but I cannot put out the
information right to the learners which is my drawback and has to be improved (Hughes, 2019).
As a teachers or employability I need to know the right way of putting out information for the
inclusive and the other learners as well so that everyone can develop from the knowledge which
is being shared.
