The scenario
Your name is A. Vaughn and you work at Cronus Bank as team leader at a
busy Manchester branch. Your work includes proficiency in branch
operations and different Head Office functions. Because of your strong
performance in your current role, the Regional Manager has requested that
you be brought in to help a struggling branch in Hexham – a market town in
Northumberland. The role is to act as the Interim Retail Manager, managing
two Team Leaders and improving the branch’s performance.
You see the promotion as an excellent opportunity to put what you have
learned about management into practice. Although the Regional Manager
made it clear that he will be too busy to offer much day-to-day support, you
do have his authority to take whatever decisions you feel are necessary.
The branch has been without a retail manager for some time now and the
situation has left a number of outstanding issues, some more urgent than
others. Customer service and staff training have been identified as areas of
priority. The Branch Manager has asked for regular updates, so you are
advised not to defer any important issues. You can delegate suitable tasks
to your Assistant, Michael Evans.
Today is Monday the 14th of November – your first day as Hexham’s Interim
Retail Manager

Jeffery Anderson has been found to be strategically
facing various decreased functional efficiency where
there is steady decline and deteriorated performance.
It can be also analysed that Joy Anderson has to give
training for new skills functional paradigms towards
new advanced standards, on which sales revenue
skills has to be focused on competently. As, there
are limited resources at present this brings forward
aspects to evolve on varied new scale efficacy to
enhance business performance.
Peter Dale, Team Leader has to also focus on
evolving new working efficacy as leader within
Coronos bank ,where longer scale monitoring targets
have to be generated for all team mates. As leader
there shall be strategic focus generated towards

dynamic vision oriented goals, train employees and
give them advanced platforms to showcase new
strengths of varied ideas actively (Acquah, Sarkodie
and Nunoo, 2020).
The evaluation also brings forward aspects that
there has been consistent scale growth seen within
work growth diversity for new enhanced functional
reach. Analysis also brings forward focus on skills
enhanced work growth targets where there is also
demand within financial management goals on
which Jeffery skills need to be practically enhanced
further.
James Kremer and Sharon Chilton as the Sales
Executives need to be given training for best scale
services among consumers, where there is profound
scale connectivity towards new advanced working
