INTRODUCTION
Health education refers to the knowledge and understanding about health which is
necessary to get understand about it. This is the one which is able to provide better skills,
knowledge, positive attitude regarding health. In this there is need to teach about the physical,
mental, social and emotional health which is able to provide better and effective life that leads to
quality of life. This is the owe which is highly necessary to provide to student who are there able
to use this knowledge in better ways in relation to find better health of themselves and their
loving one too. This health education is able to prevent diseases and lower the risk of bad health
and different risky behaviour. This essay is focused on the teenagers who are there in school and
colleges and highly needed health related education which is able to help them in better way. In
this essay there is going to be discussion about different cause for which there is high need to for
health education. There is some discussion about approaches which are there taken for better
health education to children and the assessment which is needed, along with this, there is
delivering and evaluation of teaching plan. There is also some discussion about the nature of
learning and communication and different teaching methods. There is also discussion about the
use, application of selected teaching methods along with communication strategies which is there
to promote health in individual or group. There is also discussion about the education approaches
in relation to meet the needs of various client along with populations (Barsell, 2018).

Health education is the one which is able to provide better care to people and related with
social science which draws psychological, biological, physical, environmental along with
medical sciences in relation to provide health and to prevent different diseases which can be
there due to poor knowledge of health.
There are different approaches which are there able to provide better approach in relation
to provide better learning of need assessment. There are some of the teaching plan which is able
