develop sustainability policy. The activities undertaken by Sydney Opera House are:
The company had undertaken carbon footprint in their activities that help in establishing
carbon profile as well as identity actions
To conduct sustainable event management programs with the help of outdoor event guide
To complete sustainable advantage modules by engaging staff members at work
To upload video that will help in educating staff members on where waste goes as well as
significance of recycling
The company had reduced the operating hours of sail, switching off lights as well as
lighting for around an extra 4 hours
To motivate staff members at work who had taken some initiative and driven the
company sustainability
The above listed are some of the success that Sydney Opera House had achieved during
given span of time while they had developed the sustainability policy. On the other hand,
