1. INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management termed out most commonly used and this motivated the
people to accomplish one common goal. Henceforth, leaders termed out an individual that sets
the new direction and vision for the group that follows. In the today’s world, leadership and
management is revolving arousing the more level debates in terms of their applicability and
effectiveness. Thus, management and leadership are crucial to deliver better service to
customers. As leaderships is majorly focusing for looking ahead along with being visionary. On
the other hand, managements are properly focusing on being controlling the proper resources in
order to have the promotions of more level of technical skill. As the change in pace, there is
been swift changes in business, the idea of the leadership versus managements have come out to
be more prominences. Business have basically looked for the employees or people who have
forward vision for business over the time of uncertainty in order to gains more level of
probability's and good will. This will be also helpful in motivation as the skills of ye
managements and leadership is the combined need for the business to grow and gain for profit.
Leadership and managements are different to each other as there in terms of leading and
managing the employee to have proper working and accomplishment of goals. On the other
hands, while measuring leadership vs managements is considered to be challenging as former
tends to have the less level of tangibility. In addition to that’s no single model in applicable.
Management is considered to be effective In this report, there will be discussion on the different
academic theories which have clear influence on the firms to have different creation of
leadership development programmes.
