Subject: Six Months Sea Food Supply Contract

Our organization would like to place an order of supply of seafood items for the next six months
on weekly basis.
1. Supply conditions
The order will be placed through a proforma requisition and will be sent on authorized
email id by the authorized personnel. There is no maximum value of order but the order
above $1000 should be placed 3 days in advance from normal time. Minimum order
value is $100. Delivery will be made at the company’s warehouse and will be received by
the store manager and purchase head.
2. Payment terms
The payment should be made 50% in advance and 50% within 30 days of delivery. Delay
after the stipulated time will be penalized and no further orders shall be taken unless
