ABSTRACT
Students in colleges while learning their subjects face various difficulties in managing their
time, studies, work life balance etc. which create stress among them and affect their health and
studies. Their career depends on the subject they have chosen and their ability to understand the
subject which can make them both personally and professionally successful. In this report such
challenges are identified and also recommendations are given to minimise them.
