I. IntroductionThe main purposes of this report are to clarify the organizational changes that affect to thecontexts of company such as leadership, team and individuals. Moreover, the paper alsoclarifies the driving forces, including internal and external factors that driver company forchanges. To do so, by applying the Kurt Lewin’s model like Force Field Analysis and 3Stages model of change to evaluate the impacts of organizational changes. As well as theeBay and Amazon will be mentioned and used as two case studies for enhance the paper.The structure of paper will be divided into three parts, these are introduction, body partsincluding overview the theories and definitions, introduce these two case studies and howthe changes of two companies, clarify the change processes both of organization due tousing Lewin’s 3 Stages Model and Force Field Analysis, point out some recommendationsbased on result discussions, and summarize all key findings in conclusion.II. Theories and definitions1.Source & types of organization’s changesChange is any alternative in the current work environment. The shift may be in the waythings are perceived or in how they are organized, processed, created or maintained.Change can come from two sources include external sources and internal sources. Externalsources refer to changing customer needs and wants, new government laws, technologyinnovation and economic changes. Internal sources include new business strategies,personnel change, new equipment and worker attitudes[ CITATION Kir19 \l 1033 ].There arethree common types of change can be mentioned as below:Technological change describes the overall process of invention, innovation, anddiffusion of technology or processes. Technological change relates to theimplementation of new technology in organization. The new technology has to bebetter and more technology integrated into the framework of existing operationalprocesses.Structural changes are those changes made to the organization's structure thatmight come from internal or external factors and typically affect how the companyis run. Structural changes refer to the organization's hierarchy, chain of command,management systems, job structure and administrative procedures. The need forstructural change can be created in some situations such as mergers andacquisitions, job duplication, changes in the market and process or policy changes.6
