2.2.5 Quality
To evaluate the success and failure of the project and ensure the reliable quality of the survey, we
set the criteria like these:
Leading the staff to have the most honest answers.
Collect at least 100 survey samples per 150 employees
The survey form ensures it is fully distributed to 150 Toyota employees.
Also have to hand over the survey to the employee on time and return it as scheduled for
the company to quickly grasp and process more quickly.
From the above criteria, leaders will base on and evaluate each difficulty that employees face
without worrying about their employees playing games or asking for anything. Just needing staff
to answer honestly and submit on time is considered successful in this project.

+ Update on weekly research/tasks achieved:
- In the past 1 week, this project management team seems to be 90% complete, the rest we just
have to print and distribute to employees in the public, to keep up the next step and on time as
prescribed by the company.
+ Any risks and/or issues identified?
- When in the process of planning the project, we have also estimated the possible risks such as
staff responding incorrectly or submitting late compared to the regulations .... so we also took
precautions. before those cases.

- Initially we created this project in a rush time only 4 days to create the project, but such a time
sure we could not manage in time so the management helped me extend 3 more days Again it
would be like 1 week for us to complete the perfect survey.
+ What have you learned about yourself through your work?
- What challenges us the most is how we have to choose questions to get our employees to
answer honestly and reduce the pressure on our employees. I mean, our staff understand that
this is a survey to help employees work in a better environment, without any malicious intent.
This makes them more comfortable with a sincere answer.
+ Project plan status to date:
- After 1 week of working on the project, we are sure that our goals and purposes have gone in
the right direction. We just hope that a few weeks later the staff will do their part and submit
them on time, but most importantly, we hope that their employees will all be honest so we
understand what they want. and what are the eyes for us to promptly repair and improve the
working environment.
III. Conclusion
There are always difficulties in the company, be it big or small, so it is recommended that
leaders survey their employees every year. Doing such surveys can prevent current and future
difficulties, from which employees in the company will be joined together and create higher
efficiency.
