Respected Sir,
My name is Richard Button, and I would like to throw some light on a fascinating subject
matter, which revolve around one of the most common issues that are related to the modern
business world. I have recently read an article about one of the successful business
entrepreneurs or the interior designer, who has done her business to one of the giants of the
business environment or in the industry. It can be observed that at the beginning of her
business, Deborah Wiener, has first selected the first store at the Silver Spring market of
Maryland (Sample Article, 2006). The main motive of my letter to share an enjoyable
experience after reading such a beautiful journey of an entrepreneur, who has built her empire
after starting from the very scratch. Thus, it can be understood that after starting her shop in
the spring market of Maryland, she first began to design clothes of the customers and by her
own, she used to pick out the colourful fabrics by her own. Moreover, to satisfy the
consumers in the external business scenario, she started copying the designs of the
international interior designers of the world (Sample Article, 2006). After some of the years,
she started visiting the houses of her friends for watching and thus suggesting them to change
the old fragrance and the styling of the room. Thus, on the other hand, it can be observed that
she has also kept her two assistants for supporting her works in making most beautiful

designs and clothes, which makes the room, even more, brighter than it is. After a couple of
years, she decided to set up her own company because she has some of the regular customers
and registered clients, formed from the close references of his customers (Sample Article,
2006). After four years, she opened her new store known as the Designing Solutions LLC,
which has grown up to be one of the largest retail chain stores on the interior designers in the
United Kingdom. Furthermore, with time, she has also started teaching group of women and
kept them in their organization for making the organization, even more, better than it was.
Apart from the curtains and the clothes, she has also started selling diverse kinds of products,
which includes fabric strain resistant clothes and beautiful lampshades and accessories for
decorating the houses (Sample Article, 2006).
Thus, it can be understood and felt that hard work is the only key to success and dedication or
discipline have been one of the essential parts for getting success in any sphere of life.
Deborah Weiner has been one of the examples of these instances, and she has now become
one of the top entrepreneurs of the country. I hope you will also get inspired after reading my
letter (Sample Article, 2006).
I have not understood the meaning of how would I change ? and will I change? I am
reviewing an article of a business magazine.

Subject: A writing of a memo to the President about expanding of the business to the
overseas
It can be observed that the organization has been trying to distribute its products overseas for
increasing the unit sales and profit maximization at the same point of time. The Porter
Software has been one of the largest language translation software manufacturer of the
United Kingdom, and Japan has been selected as one of the important overseas markets for
the language translation software (Waibel et al., 2016).
Japan has been selected as the most desired market for the language translation software
because the country has been regarded as one of the largest industrial based countries of the
world and many multinational companies of the world have shown interest to business their
products on the Japanese soil. On the other hand, it can be further noticed that the Japanese
government also gives many legal opportunities to the multinational corporations of the
country and its employees. Thus it can be deciphered that due to the vast extent of the
organizational set up in the country, many employees come from abroad and they face
language problems with the descendants (Sawaf, Shihadah & Yaghi, 2017).
Due to the core reason, I the marketing director of the Porter Software, have decided to
explore the products of the organization in the Japanese market. In the modern world,

according to my marketing knowledge and skills, the language translation software has been
one of the essential and most demanding software of the world, and many organizations of
the world have bought this software for the core suitability of their employees. In the case of
companies, based in Japan, the employees came from their homeland have faced high
communication problems with the Japanese people of the staffs within the same organization.
Also, due to the same reason, the productivity of the whole organization and the performance
of the employees becoming much lower (Doherty, 2016).
Thus, it can be further proposed that if we can launch our language translation products in the
Japanese organization or other organizations based in Japan, then Porter software will face a
considerable amount of profit in the upcoming years. On the other hand, previously,
proposing the name of the country to the President of the Porter Software, I have also
contacted and surveyed online to some of the employees based in Japan. It has resulted that
most of them have demanded the software because they needed the same for their
professional development. They have also contacted me further and asked for when the
products will get launched in the Japanese companies (Jeong, Son & Oh, 2017).
Thus, this is the whole international marketing research of the language translation software
that the Porter Software will be going to launch in Japan by contacting with some of the
organizations and increasing the efficiency of the employees at the same point of time (He et
al., 2018).

My name is Angle Tie, and I am the marketing director of the product software. In recent
years, our company has planned to explore their products in foreign countries for increasing
the unit sales and efficiency of the overseas workers. We want to distribute our language
translation software to the seven multinational companies in Japan. Our company wants that
you will be outsole distributors as you have a high standard of reputation and goodwill in the
market (Doherty, 2016).
Porter Software has been one of the largest translation software manufacturing organizations
of the world and in the United Kingdom. It can be observed that in recent years, the
organization has been focusing on expanding its products to the Japanese multinational
corporations for increasing the proficiency of the overseas employees and productivity of the
organization. The language translation software is a unique kind of software that translates all
sorts of languages on the earth in seven different manners. It can be further observed that it
brings a word as well as a sentence of a maximum of 45 words within a time frame of 0.4
seconds. Thus, it can be easily understood that these kinds of products will have a higher
range of demands when it gets launched in the Japanese market. Already, according to a
small survey, it can be noted that many employees have demanded the software (Christ,
2016).

I want to convey my gratitude towards your organization if you send me positive feedback of
this letter of introduction and will distribute my products to various organizations to Japan. I
