The reactive maintenance support a blockage of maintenancework, condition and performance decline and total profit cost increases. The asset management for road construction approaches for effective management practicewhich based on key elements. The important elements are management practice based oncustomer oriented asset management, provide service which actual require and expect fromcustomer, reducing total cost of construction throughout project work Kellick, P. (2014). Usemaximum resource for asset management, suggest and implement sustainable program of thework, recommends achieving stakeholder and government policies in favor of customer, user andproject. The road construction project is following “code of practice for management” for roadconstruction by effective management practice and obeying asset management principles. The“code of practice” for asset management develops by considering construction of road, bridge,drainage, water supply etc.
