Week 5 -1270 3.What social media platforms do you use? The social media platforms that I usually use are Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, Wattpad, FetLife, Snapchat, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, Reddit and some more. 4.For what purpose do you use each platform? I use different social media platforms for different purposes, such as I use Facebook for staying connected with my fellow friends and to connect with people who are located all over the world. There are various people belonging to different parts of the world, we can connect with them without any extra charges, with the help of internet. Many more social media platforms are used for different purposes such as I use Olx.in if I want to sell any of my unused products or if i want to buy any second hand product because of low budget. I also use some platforms like magic bricks, Quicker and some more looking for properties, furniture and many more. Week 7 5.How would you characterize the quality and content of your social media use? To answer this question, you may want to try referring to some of your posts/shares/etc. My social media content generally consists of posts and videos that are funny, inspiring, knowledgeable and entertaining. I would like to give an example of this, once I had shared a video which consists of knowledge regarding how girls can safeguard themselves if they have been attacked by anyone. The video showed numerous tricks
that could be used by girls for the purpose of protesting against any attacks. The tricks shown in it were very uncommon, not known by most of the people and it was assured that it would be effective on people of any age group. Hence I shared that video in order to concern people regarding the techniques. 6.What kinds of things do you share? Usually I share posts, videos and photos which depict facts, entertaining material, inspirational quotes and pictures and many more. I also share some videos that show brutality or violence. My main concern in sharing these videos is that I have some news channels in my friends list and i want them to see these videos and take actions against it through media and police. I would like to provide an instance of a similar case. I had come across a video in Facebook where a person filmed himself beating up money. The monkey was tied to a tree and hung downwards; the man then took a stick and was beating him brutally. He was seen laughing while doing this. I had downloaded the video and sent a news channel through WhatsAap. They broadcasted the video in a news show and it was also said that the man who was beating the monkey as well as the person who filmed the video were arrested. They were asked regarding the money and they said they had thrown him in the bushes. Police went looking for the monkey and they got him, he was badly hurt. The monkey was then provided with proper medication. 7.How often and with whom? I share these videos with my friends and relatives. I share some videos that should be made viral for people to know regarding it with most of the people in my friend list.

Videos and pictures that depict facts are shared by me with most of my friends. I also share some videos that are inspiring in order to get motivated, because there have been times when I felt that I should stop doing everything because I only faced failure, and these inspirational and motivational videos has helped me to gain hope an make a fresh start. I also share some funny and entertaining videos for refreshing my mood. There have been times, when I came back home having a very bad time. In this case, the funny and entertaining videos help me to freshen up. This also helps some of my friends to be in a good mood when they see the videos. Week 9 9.How does your social media use relate to how you view yourself? My social media use related to my nature and my personality. One more aspect that has helps me a lot is the fact that we can share
