System justification to the senior management.
There is need to automate business process at the organization. The system shall help
organization to achieve its goal and objective by making booking and payment process
automated and ensuring all transaction s are done on the system .This helps business to reduce on
wastage and make organization increase on the income.
Description of the business case, justification and the benefits of implementing system to
the Business
Business case Description.
The Quick Cabs system shall be web based system which can be access on the web. The
system shall enable vital process of the organization to be done online for example booking
and payment. The customers, cab drivers, owner and system administrator are the system
users. The system users shall have to register first by providing registration details to use the
system. The system administrator shall be able to accept or reject users after registration.
When user is accepted user Id and password shall be auto generated .when user is rejected he
or her is notify to try again and provide correct details or is not eligible to register. The
system user has be able to register by providing correct login details .If login details are
correct the system user is able to access system features such as book and make ticket
payment. When login details are incorrect the system users is notify to enter correct login
details. The client check for the available cab in the area of the client. After getting the
available taxi the client request for the cab. The driver of the cab is notified of the customer
request and goes to pick the customer. When the trip is done the customer pays for the
trip .The payment can be done pre or post trip. The system administrators manage system
processes for example creating and deleting user system. The administrator adds, deletes and
updates cab information The taxi driver information is also managed by the system
administrator. The system calculates the cost of trip and process booking information.
Justification.
Most business are adopting for automation of business process because they are effective and
increase profits to the business.The system like Quick cab is the best tool to emphasis
business automation.
The system benefits.
The client can book for the taxi comfortable in their home without going to the stage this
save time.

The business increases on profits because wastage is eliminated.
The business can make advertisements on the system.
The system is secure because encryption of data is done using user id and password.
Paper work is eliminated on in the business because all transaction are done online.
There is transparency because trip price is calculated so no overcharging customers.
The Description of the project scope, brief cost and schedule analysis.
The quick cab system shall be web based system and shall operate in the city of Sydney
Australia. The target customer are taxi users who live and uses taxi services in Sydney city and
drivers of taxi who operate within the Sydney city.
Brief cost.
The system implementation shall take 6000us dollar in total. The feasibility study shall take
500usdollar, requirement collection and analysis shall take 1500usdollar, Design shall cost
1000USDollar and implementation shall take 1000USDollar, Deployment shall be done at
500UsDollar and Maintaining shall be done at 1500.
