1 Assignment 4 Introduction The company is a fashion retailer that deals with the fashion cloths. The company just had manual market and was not making that much profit from the market so they decided to make the webpages that would help the company to make customers and help for making profit in the market. The company’s website contains the entire product available from which the customer can choose the desired product and buy it. UsabilityEvaluation This part of the paper will talk about usability of the Fashion Printz website and evaluate the website on the basis of the ease of access of the website and the framing of the website. The first impression of the webpage that is the homepage of the website is good, when the website link is clicked it takes the user to the homepage of the website. The home page of the website contains slide shows that contains the pics of the new collections of the company and there is an option of shop now. Some of the featured products of the company are also listed in the homepage of the site. There are hyperlinks in the homepage that allows the user to visit the store where the user can buy the desired products, the store is divided into three categories the men, women and kids section. The number of products available on the website is not much. The products in the website are not much but have variations and are also available in different sizes. The user when click on a product to view the product the page contain the details of the product is displayed and the user can magnify the products. The cart option is also available to the user so that the user does not have to pay for the different items differently, the user can pay for all items in the cart at once. The main limitation of the website is that it does not provide the option of online payment; some customers prefer online payment, rather than the cash on delivery (COD). The website is compatible to the entire browser and can be accessed from
2 Assignment 4 the mobile. .The user can also follow the company on different social media platform (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.) for the update of the new product arrivals. Conclusion The report can be concluded by stating that the website overall evaluation is good. The alignment of the product and the other parts of the website is good. The website contains the entire product, which are available by the company. The process of viewing the items and adding it to the cart and then checking out after the buying is very nice. The main problem that is related to the website of the company is that the website does not allow making online payments for the products, which is the demerit of the website. The option of paying online for the product of the company that are bought should be availed to the user to meet the satisfaction of the user.
