Respected members,
With due respect I would like to mention that It is imperative that individuals suffering from
Dementia should be provided with better care and support. It will aid for ensuring their
physical, mental and social well being. Dementia lead towards creating learning difficulties for
people suffering from this diseases (Glasby, 2017). Organizations that are working for dementia
needs to give support so that patients can be treated with out facing much difficulties. Along
with this sometimes people suffering from Dementia can not access medical services because
certain form of dementia is nor officially recognized. It creates challenge for service providers
to access the risk of dementia so that better medical care can be given to people suffering from
this diseases. It is vital that needs of certain groups should be identified so that services can be
provided as per the needs of that group.
Proper funding is require so that equipment and other medical treatments can be provided to
individuals that are suffering from this diseases. Along with this if limited financial resources
will be available than it will create challenge in offering effectual care to patients suffering from
the same diseases (Makai and et. al., 2014.). It limit access to services and support that is
available for people suffering from this diseases. Likewise it can be stated that it is critical that
funds should be allocated so that all the necessary task and activities that have been designed
for individuals suffering from dementia can be fulfilled.

have identified various techniques that could be used for giving better care to individuals. I have
identified some ways that could be used by organization and it will support for giving more
better and effective care for people suffering from dementia.
I have learn and observed that asking closed ended question should be asked from the
individuals suffering from dementia and it will aid for rendering better care to them. Issues
faced by them can be identified easily and it will aid for evaluating the specific needs that are
being faced by the person. Using name of the person while calling is also beneficial for
attracting their attraction towards the knowledge and learning that is provided to them. Along
with this repetition of words while speaking supports the people suffering from dementia. Care
providers and other people should speak slowly so that people should understand the meaning

learn in better and effective manner.

given to individuals living in the care organization. Contribution made by me has supported in
identifying the specific needs of individuals and on the basis of that medical care plan can be
made. Other than this I have also made it ensured that people belonging from lower income

treatment and live a healthy life.
