Executive Summary
Mobile applications are very useful nowadays as they can be utilised for a
wide range of purposes. The focus of this research is on one such
proposed mobile app that can be used by customers to make reservations
in 4 star hotels as well as make the payments online through the app. The
commercial aspect of this app is very promising but a detailed research is
first required in order to ensure the development of this app with all
proposed features is feasible.
